Yiqihuoxue Runchang Treatment Of Qi And Blood Slow Transit Constipation Clinical Studies

Object:To evaluate the clinical therapy effect of treating the blood bruise and Qi Deficiency type of slow transit constipation with therapy of yiqihuoxuerunchang.Methods:Divide 60 patients with constipation hospitalized in Dongfang Hospital BUCM, from August 2009 to February 2010 who accord with the standard into two groups, treatment one and control one, with each 30 cases. The treatment group use Chinese herb, and the control group use PEG 4000, both for 4 weeks. During the period, two groups are given normal diet and should give up all drugs and treatment about constipation.As the treatment start, record the times of everyday's defecation and the stool traits according to Bristol stool map, for 4 weeks, and 2 more weeks after the treatment, to observe the clinical symptoms and recurrence of the two groups.Results:It was efficient on both Treatment group and control group of slow transit constipation. In the two groups, there was no significant difference after two weeks of treatment, the apparent differences of syndrome appear in four weeks. The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Both the treatment of Chinese herb and medicine of PEG 4000 have good effects to the slow transit constipation, but the Chinese herb therapy of yiqihuoxuerunchang is superior to the control group in the overall efficacy and Syndrome improvement. It is indicated that the Chinese herb therapy of yiqihuoxuerunchang have definite therapeutical effect for treating the slow transit constipation.
