Clinical Study On Yiqi Ziyin Runchang Therapy For Infantile Constipation With Yin Deficiency And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome

Objective:To observe the curative effect of disease,the curative effect of TCM syndromes and the change of the integral of symptoms and signs in treating constipation of children with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness,and to evaluate its effectiveness,so as to provide a reference for optimizing the TCM treatment of children with functional constipation.Methods:60 children with constipation of Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Ziyin Runchang recipe,while the control group was treated with lactulose oral solution.The two weeks were one course of treatment.The two courses of treatment were compared before treatment and after two weeks of treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of syndrome integral were evaluated,and the efficacy of Yiqi Ziyin Runchang method in treating constipation of children with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness was evaluated and analyzed.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 76.7%and 70%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the aspect of improving symptoms and signs,the two groups improved the main symptoms such as fecal characteristics,defecation frequency,and the appearance of less flourish,less spirit.There was no significant difference in fatigue,hot hands and feet,sweating and sweating(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.7%and 86.7%,respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.3%and 83.3%respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of improving symptoms and signs,the treatment group improved the main symptoms such as fecal characteristics,such as lack of facial color,fatigue,hand and foot irritation,and more.In terms of sweating,sweating and other secondary symptoms,it was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).One month after drug withdrawal,the two groups were followed up.The recurrence rate was 13.3%in the treatment group and 62.5%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of infantile constipation of Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness by "Yiqi Ziyin Runchang Method" has a significant effect on disease efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and improvement of symptoms and signs,and the recurrence rate is lower than that of lactulose oral solution.It shows that the treatment of infantile constipation by "Yiqi Ziyin Runchang Method" has obvious advantages,and provides a reference basis for optimizing the TCM treatment of children’s functional constipation.
