The Clinical Research Of Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets On The Intervention Of Perimenopausal Sub-health

Objective: To observe and compare the changes of clinical symptoms,bone density,hormones and various observation scale scores of sub-healthy subjects of Guhan Yangshengjing Tablet;to evaluate the clinical efficacy of it;and to explore its mechanism of action in perimenopausal sub-healthy women.Methods: 66 eligible perimenopausal sub-healthy subjects were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.During the study period,there were 3 cases in each group lost.There were60 effective cases and 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given the same life intervention.The treatment group was given Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets(4 tablets/time,3 times/day)during the life intervention.The control group was given Guhan Yangshengjing tablets(4tablets/time,3 times/day).After 3 months,observe the changes of the Kupperman scale score,TCM syndrome score,bone density,AMH and other indicators of the subjects,and analyze the effect of it in perimenopausal sub-healthy subjects.Result:1.Clinical efficiency: The total effective rate of the treatment group is86.67%;the total effective rate of the control group is 3.33%,and the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);2.Kupperman score: The score of the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference of the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);3.TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,the difference was academically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);4.Bone mineral density: The bone mineral density value of the treatment group increased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference of the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);5.AMH level: The AMH value of the treatment group increased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference of the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);6.During the observation,there were no obvious adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion: Guhan Yangshengjing Tablet can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of subjects,reduce the Kupperman score,increase the bone mineral density,and increase the level of AMH hormone.Thus,the short-term effect of it is definite,while the long-term effect remains to be seen.
