Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Guhan Yangshengjing Tablet On Heart Function Of Yang Deficiency And Sub-healthy People

Purpose:By observing the treatment of the ancient Han health and health film on the yang deficiency and sub-health state,the TCM syndrome score,the fatigue scale,the yang deficiency transformation score and the heart beat volume,the heartbeat index,and the yang deficiency sub-health population before and after treatment were compared.The changes of cardiac output,cardiac index and ejection fraction EF were evaluated to evaluate the intervention effect of Guhan Yangshengjing on the yang deficiency and sub-health population,which provided a new idea for the treatment of clinical sub-health.Method:This clinical observation was conducted from August 2018 to December 2018 in the form of social recruitment to recruit subjects who met the inclusion criteria,and was randomly divided into a control group and a tria l group of 45 cases by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Guhan Yangshengjing tablets and health education.The control group was treated with Guhan Yangshengjing tablets and health education.Both groups were treated for 1 month for a total of 3 courses.The changes of TCM syndrome score,fatigue scale,yang deficiency metastasis score,cardiac output,cardiac index,cardiac output,cardiac index and ejection fraction before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result: After treatment,the T-symptom score,fatigue scale,yang deficiency metastasis score,cardiac output,cardiac index,cardiac output,cardiac index between group comparison P were less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,heart rate between group comparison P were more than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The TCM syndrome score,fatigue scale,yang deficiency metastasis score and cardiac output,cardiac index,cardiac output,cardiac index,and ejection group were compared in the experimental group P was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,heart rate group comparison P were more than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.TCM syndrome score,fatigue scale,yang deficiency metastasis score and cardiac output,cardiac index,cardiac output,cardiac index,ejection group comparison,P greater than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;two groups of clinical efficacy In comparison,the total effective test group was 97.78 percent,and the control group was 17.78 percent.Compared with the two groups,P was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Guhan Health Prescription can effectively regulate the people with yang deficiency and sub-health status and improve the quality of life.(2)Guhan Yangshengjing tablets can improve the heart function of people with yang deficiency and sub-health status,which can improve exercise endurance a nd prevent the transition from sub-health state to disease.
