A Clinical Study Of Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets In The Treatment Of Bone Loss In Middle-aged And Elderly People

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Guhan Yangshengjing tablets on bone mineral density of middle-aged and elderly people,female estradiol hormone,qi deficiency and partial deficiency of yang deficiency.Methods: Fifty patients with qi deficiency physique and 50 patients with yang deficiency physique reduced bone mass.The qi deficiency constitution was randomly divided into 30 observation groups,the control group was 20 cases each,and the yang deficiency constitution was randomly divided into 30 observation groups.,20 cases in the control group.The observation group took Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets,and the control group took Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets.The bone density,female estradiol hormone,TCM constitution score,TCM symptom score,and clinical efficacy of each group were observed before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results: Qi-deficiency constitution and Yang-deficiency constitution: There was no statistically significant difference between the control group's TCM constitution score and symptom score before and after treatment(p>0.05);the observation group had a statistically significant difference before and after treatment TCM constitution score and symptom score.(p<0.05);Qi deficiency constitution: The bone mineral density and female estradiol hormone changes in the control group and the observation group before and after treatment were not statistically significant(p>0.05).The change of diol hormone was statistically significant(p<0.05),the difference of control group was not statistically significant(p>0.05);Qi deficiency constitution: the effective rate of the observation group was 75%,the control group was 5.26%,the difference was statistical Academic significance(p<0.05).Yang deficiency constitution: The effective rate was 89.65% in the observation group and 10% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets can improve the bone density of patients with qi deficiency and yang deficiency.2.Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets have better curative effect on yang deficiency and bone density reduction than Qi deficiency.3.Guhan Yangshengjing Tablets can increase the female deficiency of estrogen hormone levels in yang deficiency bone density.
