Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System, The Study Of Professor Zhang Di's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Children With Pneumonia, Asthma, Cough, Phlegm, Heat And Lung Closure

Objective:To analyze the medical records of tutor Professor Zhang Di in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with asthma cough phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),and to summarize the medication rule of Professor Zhang Di’s clinical treatment of infantile pneumonia asthma cough phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome,including common drugs,drug pairs and core combination drugs,so as to provide a certain degree of reference for the treatment of infantile pneumonia asthma cough phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome by internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The medical records of children with pneumonia,cough,phlegm-heat and closed lung syndrome diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine when Professor Zhang Di sat in the outpatient clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2019 were collected.The medical records were inputted into the TCM inheritance support system(v2.5),and the database was constructed.Unsupervised data mining methods such as association rule Apriori algorithm and complex system entropy clustering were used.Explore Professor Zhang Di’s experience and related data in the treatment of phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome of pneumonia.Results:Through the analysis of 95 prescriptions,the results showed that the most frequent drugs were Bupleurum,Poria cocos,Platycodon grandiflorum,Morus Alba,Fructus Corydalis,Aster,Baiqian,Baibu and Perilla seed,and 11 meridians were involved(excluding Sanjiao Meridian),which were sorted according to the principle from high to low(the first six):lung Meridian,spleen Meridian,Heart Meridian,stomach Meridian,Kidney Meridian and liver Meridian.The four qi aspects of drugs:cold,warm and mild drugs;the five flavors of drugs:bitter,sweet and pungent;the commonly used combinations of drugs are as follows(the first five):1 Poria cocos,Bupleurum,2 Bupleurum,Platycodon grandiflorum,3 Poria cocos,Platycodon grandiflorum,4 Poria cocos,Bupleurum,Platycodon randiflorum,5 Bupleurum,Mulberry bark.Based on complex system ntropy clustering by the software,five new prescriptions are obtained as follows:I"perilla-Bauhinia-ginkgo-lily",2"calcined ochre-Scutellaria baicalensis-fried chicken gold-Pinellia ternata";3"Angelica dahurica-Vitex chinensis-Aster-mul berry leaf",4"big belly skin-black medicine-plantain seed-pomegranate peel",5"Sichuan Fritilaria-ground bone peel-melon betel peel-bitter almond-Radix Paeoniae Alba"Conclusion:Based on the analysis of 95 outpatient prescriptions by using raditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary system(V2.5),it is analyzed and summarized that Professor Zhang Di uses cold and warm medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with asthma,cough,phlegm-heat and closed lung syndrome,solidifying and protecting yang qi,make good use of Qingling products,pay attention to cultivate the earth and give birth to gold,the prescription is concise and accurate,and the middle disease is stopped,and prevent the spread of diseases in treatment.
