Study On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Childhood Pneumonia Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:Through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,we excavated the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for treating pneumonia and asthma in recent ten years,summarized the rules of clinical treatment of pneumonia,and explored the efficacy characteristics of new prescriptions,so as to provide a reference for the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pneumonia and asthma.Methods:The research literature of randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumonia from January 1,2007 to December 31,2017 was retrieved from four databases such as CNKI by using keywords and keywords.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the diagnostic criteria of pneumonia,the research literature was screened three times.The title,author,source of literature,publication time,research institution,fund,name of prescription,efficiency,dosage form,suitable syndrome,efficacy of prescription,diagnostic criteria of TCM,diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes,diagnostic criteria of Western medicine,criteria of curative effect,dosage of TCM and intervention measures of control group were used to formulate the questionnaire of TCM literature on pneumonia.Before entering into the platform,the name,dosage and prescription name of traditional Chinese medicine should be standardized.After entering the platform,we use the statistical report system and data analysis system which are included in the platform to make statistics on the frequency of drug use,four Qis,five flavors,meridians and syndromes of prescriptions.We use association rule analysis,unsupervised entropy clustering and improved mutual information method to get high-frequency drug combinations and new prescriptions.Results:1.Overall:273 papers were included in the study.Maxing Shigan Decoction was the most widely used,most of which were antipyretics,antiphlegm,cough and asthmatic drugs.The four Qis are mainly cold and warm,the five flavors are bitter,sweet and pungent,and the meridians are mainly lung.The drug combinations among ephedra,bitter almond,gypsum and licorice are the most,and a total of 13 new prescriptions have been developed.2.Level:The most commonly used medicines for treating wind-cold syndrome are bitter almond,licorice,ephedra,Poria cocos,honey ephedra and so on.Most of the medicines are bitter and warm,which belong to the lung meridian.Most of them are bitter-warm in nature and belong to the lung meridian.The drug combination mainly consisted of liquorice,ephedra,bitter almond and so on.Two new prescriptions were evolved.The commonly used antipyretic drugs in wind-heat syndrome are chilly,bitter,sweet and bitter,mainly in the lung meridian.Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with antipyretic drugs was commonly used,and five new prescriptions were obtained.Drags of phlegm-heat and lung-closure syndrome have the effect of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,which belongs to cold,bitter and bitter taste and belongs to the lung.The drug pair is also compatible with clearing heat and resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma.Six new prescriptions have been obtained.Toxic-heat syndrome of closing the lung and bitter-cold lung system is the most commonly used drags.The common drugs and drug combinations are mainly gypsum,bitter almond and honey ephedra.A new prescription has been developed in this syndrome.The common medicines for deficiency of lung and Spleen-Qi are invigorating spleen,removing dampness and invigorating qi.Most medicines taste sweet and warm,return to spleen and lung meridian s.The combination of commonly used medicines is Liujunzi Decoction,which evolves into three new ones.The common medicines of yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome are cold,sweet lung meridian medicines,heat clearing medicines,Yin tonifying medicines and Qi tonifying medicines.The combination of common medicines is the compatibility of these three medicines,and four new drugs have evolved.Conclusion:Using the system,we can excavate the rules of clinical medication with large data,visually display the network structure,and generate new prescriptions,which can provide basis and new ideas for clinical treatment of diseases.
