Analysis On The Medication Law Of Professor Zhang Daning In Treating Hypertensive Renal Injury

Objective: Master of national physician Zhang Daning medical records for the treatment of Hypertensive renal injury collection,consolidation and data analysis prescriptions,summarized Professor Zhang Daning treatment of Hypertensive renal injury prescription drug regularity.Methods: In Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nephrology clinic,according to the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion standard collected 103 cases of Hypertensive renal injury patients’ medical records,a total of208 prescriptions.Using "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)" software,the related chinese herb pairs,core combinations and new prescriptions were obtained through association rules and entropy clustering analysis of group prescriptions respectively from frequency,nature and flavour,channel tropism.Result : 1.This study collected 103 cases met the diagnostic criteria of patients,including 75 cases of male and 28 cases of female,male to female ratio was 2.68:1,The average was 60 years old.2.In screening 208 hypertensive renal injury prescriptions,based on the association rules between Chinese herbs use frequency analysis,evoluting to 12 core portfolio,six new prescription,a total of 97 Chinese herbs.The use of more than 50 of the frequency of the taste of the 22,the top five flavour are respectively Raw huangqi,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza,fructus schisandrae.3.According to the medicine medicinal statistics,warm 38.24% at most,cold medicine 34.76% times;According to the statistics of Chinese herb flavor,sweet and bitter Chinese herbs were the most,accounting for 34.82% and 30.83%;According to the statistics of Chinese herb channel tropism,the highest frequency of use was attributed to the gan accounted for24.3%,followed by the pi,wei and shen accounted for 17.5% of the 14.5% of the10.5% most commonly Chinese herbs.Conclusion: 1.Professor Zhang Daning takes “bu shen huo xue,jiang ni pai du” as the treatment of the great law.2.Herb properties are mainly warm,cold and flat;The flavor of herb is sweet and bitter as the most;The channel tropism which goes through the gan,pi,wei,and shen is the most commonly used.Attaches great importance to the gan,pi and shen,especially return to the gan by the herbs.3.Flexible in clinic with the card to add and subtract prescription,has its unique formula: righting replenishing qi,pi and shen homology;tonifying qi and activating blood,qi and blood stagnation;promoting circulation and removing stasis,respectively;shengqing jiangzhuo,interdependence between ascending and descending;use charcoal class,relieving toxin;qingre jiedu,soothing gan to check exuberance of yang;the centralizer exorcism,evil is balance,flexible change.
