Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.5) Research The Herb Treatment Of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome In Children

Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support System(V2.5),the thesis is an analysis of the prescriptions for treating Upper Airway Cough Syndrome in Children.Including the regularly used herbs,herbs in common used,core combinations and new prescription.To analyse prescription regular consisted single herbs,combination of herbs,core combinations and new methods.This study probes prescription of Professor of Shi Zhenggang.Methods:Drawing up a search strategy.we search the CNKI,Search for “Upper Airway Cough Syndrome”,we conclude 448 papers,involved 104 prescriptions.we collect the prescriptions about the treatment of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome by Professor of Shi Zhenggang.we logging those data in the professional system to set up a database.The system analyse the database by rule analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.ResultsThere are 104 prescription of Chinese medicine treat of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome,including 140 Chinese herbs.The top ten drugs with frequency of as follow:Xinyi,Licorice,Platycodon,Cocklebur,Almond,Dahurica,Scutellaria,Ephedra,Peppermint,Cicada slough.The platform deduce 16 core combination and 8 new prescription to treat upper airway cough syndrome.Collected 160 prescription of Professor of Shi Zhenggang,including 132 herbs.The sum of drug frequency is 2953 times.Ranking the frequency from high to low.The top ten drugs with frequency of as follow: Fritillaria,Platycodon,Inula,Cicada,Angelica,Xinyi,Bombyx mori,Cocklebur,Scutellaria,Oroxyli Semen.The system deduce 8 core combination and 4new prescription to treat upper airway cough syndrome.Conclusion:1.The cause of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome is mostly due to wind,phlegm,and heat,and the treatment of the disease in Children is closely focused on the combination of disease location and syndrome differentiation,located in the lungs,and need to distinguish the nose,and pharynx.Combine the cause of the disease with the location.Pay attention to the regulation and treatment of the liver,and the treatment of internal and external wind at the same time.2.Frequent herbs are arresting cough,resolving exterior and clearing heat.Mostly used to relieve the pharynx,and nose symptoms.Use bitter or cold medicine skillfully according to time and place.3.Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and Cocklebur powder can be used in the treatment of this disease.
