?Objective?Professor Qingwen Zhang is one of the main inheritors of TCM gynecology of Sichuan School. This study relies on TCM V2.5 to explore the rule of regulating menstruation and medication of Professor Qingwen Zhang, and extracts the academic characteristics of Professor Zhang in treating irregular menstruation, which not only enriches the theory of TCM gynecology of Sichuan School, but also provides reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of irregular menstruation.?Method? This study collected 326 cases of irregular menstruation from July2017 to January 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the National Medical Museum of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Collect outpatient case information, fill in the case report form of irregular menstruation patients, and input TCM V2.5 for data mining.?Result?1.Medical records: 326 cases(722 prescriptions and 626 visits)were collected.Among the single diseases,240 were in late menstruation,173 were less menstruation,45 were irregular menstruation,17 were prolonged menstruation,8 were in early menstruation, and 1 was more menstruation.Among the complications: 34 times less menstruation,13 times less infertility,12 times less dysmenorrhea and so on.The age range of the patients ranged from 15 to 44 years old, with the highest proportion of19 to 35 years old(86.5%).2.Drugs: 722 prescriptions involving 172 Chinese medicines, classified and analyzed high frequency drugs(frequency of use(> 5),involving 15 kinds of drugs, with tonifying deficiency drugs as the most,Tonifying Qi drugs 9,tonifying Yin medicine8,tonifying yang medicine 7,tonifying blood medicine 6;followed by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs 17,heat-clearing drugs 13.Statistical results of "four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism" show that the four Qi are mainly warm, calm and cold, while the five flavors are mainly sweet, bitter and bitter. The liver, spleen and kidney meridians are mainly taken from meridians. When the support level was 20% and the confidence level was 0.98,20 groups of core drug association rules were obtained, including 7 groups of binary drug pairs,11 groups of triple drug pairs and 2 groups of quadruple drug pairs. The combination of tonifying-deficiency drugs accounted for 60%,the rest were tonifying-deficiency drugs with blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,tonifying-deficiency drugs with heat-clearing drugs, etc. When the support is 20%,confidence is 0.98 and frequency is more than 200,62 groups of drug association rules are obtained.Decreasing order: 36 groups of deficiency-tonifying drugs,10 groups of deficiency-tonifying drugs,9 groups of deficiency-tonifying drugs and heat-clearing drugs.3.Prescription: 722 prescriptions were collected. The first three single prescriptions were Shengui Jingxue Decoction(189),Shenshu Yangxue Decoction(87)and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(82).The first three orders of compatibility of twin prescriptions were Shoutaiwan Pill and Shengyu Decoction,Taohong Siwu Decoction and Shixiaosan Powder,Shoutaiwan Pill and Baoyin Decoction.Fourteen pairs of core combinations and seven new prescriptions were excavated by setting the correlation degree to 8 and the punishment degree to 2.?Conclusion?1.In the choice of prescription,Professor Zhang Qingwen prefers to use single prescription to treat irregular menstruation, mainly empirical prescription;double prescription often uses the form of time prescription and time prescription to treat both the symptoms and thesymptoms.2.In drug selection,Professor Zhang attaches great importance to the application of tonifying deficiency drugs and advocates the combination of tonifying deficiency and removing blood stasis, tonifying deficiency and clearing away heat.Attention should be paid to drug compatibility and good drug use.3.It is scientific to analyze the law of medication by using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system, which is of great significance for summarizing, inheriting and developing the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine, and is worth further popularizing. |
