Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System To Study The Medication Rule Of Professor Ji Zhongqiang In The Treatment Of Heart Diseases

Objective:Using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system v2.5,combined with Professor Ji Zhongqiang’s literature,this paper comprehensively analyzes Professor Ji Zhongqiang’s medication rules in the treatment of heart diseases,summarizes Professor Ji Zhongqiang’s clinical experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of this disease,and provides ideas for the inheritance and innovation of famous old traditional Chinese medicine academic thoughts.Methods:The medical records of Prof.Ji Zhongqiang for treating cardiac diseases were collected and entered into "the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system v2.5",which was analyzed and displayed using data mining function of software.Results: The top 10 drugs in 1162 prescriptions of 610 patients were: Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Concha Arcae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Codonopsis,Flos Carthami,Semen Persicae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,and Poria.The most widely used ones are qi-tonifying herbs.The drug properties are mainly warm,cold and mild.The main herbs are bitter,sweet and pungent.Most of the meridians entered the spleen,liver,heart,lung,and stomach.Association rule analysis revealed eight core drugs including Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Concha Arcae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Codonopsis,Flos Carthami,and Semen Persicae,and 59 association rules(dominant drug pairs),of which "Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae" was the first,with a total of 549 occurrences.Among the 16 groups with potential drug pairs explored by clustering analysis,as well as 8 new prescriptions,the ones with clinical value were compared with New Prescriptions 3(Radix Codonopsis＿Rhizoma Chuanxiong＿Radix Paeoniae Rubra＿Cortex Moutan)and 7(Radix Scutellariae＿Radix Angelicae Sinensis＿Poria＿Concha Arcae＿Rhizoma Corydalis＿Rhizoma Pinelliae＿Rhizoma Zingiberis).Conclusion: Through the present study,some medication laws of Prof.Ji Zhongqiang for the treatment of cardiac diseases are summarized: keep the disease machine in mind,Fuzheng and removing evil;use flexible and are good at using drug pairs.From it,Prof.Ji Zhongqiang treats this disease mainly by Fuzheng and removing evil,and the treatment is mainly based on invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,relieving menorrhea and pain,Yiqi and Wenyang,and clearing away polydipsia,with different focuses depending on the condition.Prof.Ji Zhongqiang has considerable experience in treating cardiac diseases with better outcomes,which deserves deeper exploration and mining.Through this study’s summary of Professor Ji zhongqiang’s medication rule,the discovered drug pairs and new parties need to be applied and validated in future clinical settings urgently.
