Purpose:Taking the phlegm-dampness CIA model mouse as the research object,the effect of phlegm-dampness and phlegm method on resistin in rheumatoid arthritis was determined by studying the resistin of phlegm-dampness CIA model in rats.By observing the general state of mice,comparing the weight of mice,measuring the arthritis index,and detecting the serum inflammatory factors and adipokines in mice,the therapeutic effect of phlegm-dampness and phlegm method on mice with phlegm-dampness CIA was explored.The clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis provides new ideas.Materials and Methods:(1)38 healthy DBA/1 male mice were divided into blank group and A,B,C groups,and fed for one week.The blank group continued to feed normal feed,and the three groups A,B and C were fed with high-fat diet.After 7 weeks of continuous feeding,the three groups A,B,and C were reclassified into six groups: A,B,C,D,E,and F.Group A was randomly selected as the phlegm group,and C,C,D,E,and F were used for CIA.Modeling,and performing arthritis scores,continue to feed high-fat diet,strengthen B,C,D,E,F after 21 days of modeling,and then regroup B,C,D,E,F into phlegm The CIA model group,the T.chinensis group,the western medicine group,the intragastric administration,the blank group,the phlegm-dampness group,the phlegm-dampness CIA model group were given normal saline,the tangerine peel and the western medicine group were respectively given to the citrus Lesong was intragastrically administered for 2 weeks,and two weeks after the administration,blood was collected from the eyeball and the joints of the mice were taken.(2)Record and observe the general weight of the mouse's weekly body weight,mouse hair,stool,diet,swelling of the mouse's toes and ankles after modeling,and centrifuge the blood of the collected mice.Elisa method was used to measure resistin,blood lipids and IL-17.Mouse joints were taken.The pathological changes of joint tissues were observed by HE staining from synovitis,vasospasm and bone destruction.Results:1.Compared with the normal group of mice,the mice in the dampness group showed reduced activity,hi together,blinking,dullness,slumber,burnout,hairy yellow,no hair,rapid weight gain,and phlegm-dampness syndrome occurred 2 to 4 weeks later.Symptoms,at 8weeks,basically have the full performance of the dampness card.Compared with the normal group,the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL in the dampness group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and the HDL level was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).Compared with the mice in the phlegm-dampness group and the blank group,the mice in the model group(dampness+CIA)lost weight.After the booster immunization,the model group(dampness+CIA)showed a significant decrease in body weight,and the mice in the phlegm-dampness CIA model group were On the 15 th day after CIA modeling,the swelling of the small toe and knee joint appeared,and the arthritis index increased rapidly.In the pathological aspect,the mice in the CIA model group were rougher than the normal group,and a large amount of inflammatory cell infiltration was observed.The vasospasm was full of joint space and the inflammatory factor IL-17.The level of IL-17 in the CIA model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).2.After one week of treatment,the arthritis index of the mice in the group was significantly lower than that in the sputum-dried CIA model group.The pathological results of the mice with the pimple Pinellia ternata showed that the synovial hyperplasia of the joint cavity was no obvious,and some tissues were visible.Edema and inflammatory cell infiltration were observed.The signs of bone erosion were slightly relieved compared with the model group,and the IL-17 level of the experimental group of Pinellia ternata was significantly lower than that of the phlegm-dampening CIA model group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of resistin in the group was lower than that in the phlegm-dampling CIA model group(P<0.05).2.In conclusion:1.The method of phlegm and dampness can improve the inflammatory response of sputum CIA model rats and reduce inflammatory damage.2.The treatment of phlegm-dampness and phlegm method for phlegm-dampness CIA model rats may be achieved by reducing the secretion of resistin.
