The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Wulongdan Combined With Leflunomide To Treat The Blockage Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To evaluate the effect of treatment on the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis type of RA by comparing the difference between the therapies of Wulongdan combined with leflunomide and Wangbipian combined with leflunomideMethods:Divide the 60 RA patients meet the criteria of the research into two groups,the treatment group of 30 cases, taking the therapy of Wulongdan combined with Leflunomide;the control group of 30 cases,taking the therapy of Wangbipian combined with Leflunomide.The treatment cycles were 12 weeks in two groups. The statistical analysis confirmed that the two groups of patients in gender,age,course of disease,etc.are comparable before treatment. Observe and record the indicators of the evaluation of pain(VAS),the evaluation of articular(tender and swell),the evaluation of disease activity(VAS),the evaluation of physical function(HAQ),acute phase reactants(ESR and CRP),etc. at the 0 and 12th week,in order to evaluate the efficacy of ACR20 standards;Observe and record the indicators of degree of joint pain,degree of joint swelling,degree of joint tenderness, joint cold?joint feverjoint stiffness,thirsty,sweating,aversion to wind'and cold,body cooling,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,morning stiffness,etc.at the 0 and 12th week.in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM Syndrome;monitoring blood,urine routine,liver.kidney function and other safety indicators,and record a variety of adverse reactions.at the 0,4th,8th and 12th week. Using ACR20,50,70 standard and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect judgment standard as the curative effect evaluation standard.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the combination of WulongDan and the treatment of the rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis.Results:1 Disease curative effect evaluation:In the treatment group,ACR70 standard 1 cases,ACR50 10 cases,ACR20 15 cases,ACR20 not up to 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.67%;In the control group,ACR70 standard 0 cases,ACR50 6 cases,ACR20 13 cases,ACR20 not up to 11 cases,the total effective rate was 63.33%.The treatment group was better than the control group.2 Evaluation of TCM Syndromes:In the treatment group,2 cases were clinically controlled,11 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33%;In the control group,0 cases were clinically controlled,6 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group was better than the control group.3 Comparison of various indexes of ACR20 standard:In the improvement of patients' pain evaluation, joint evaluation (tenderness and swelling number), patients with disease activity evaluation, doctor's evaluation of disease activity, physical function evaluation and acute reactant level,the treatment group was better than the control group.4 Comparison of TCM Syndromes:In improving the degree of joint pain, joint swelling, joint tenderness, joint flexion stretch disadvantage, sweating, aversion to wind and cold, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, morning stiffness time indicators, the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Wulongdan combined with leflunomide to treat the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis type of rheumatoid arthritis,can achieve effective and robust results, in the aspects of the clinical curative effect,the improvement of symptoms, the clinical signs and the laboratory indicators.
