Study On The Correlation Of Wrist Ultrasound Of Effusion,Synovial Thickness,blood Flow In The Phlegm And Blood Stasis In Patients With Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Study on active rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome score,wrist synovium thickness and blood flow signal,effusion clinical index correlation,objective index for RA patients with phlegm and blood stasis,and provide a reference for clinical treatment and syndrome differentiation of TCM.Subjects and Methods:Collecting 25 normal human serum and 73 RA patients who accordanced with the inclusion critria,and detecting all of their synovial thickness,blood flow,joint effusion and the content of anti-CCP antibody,RF,CRP and ESR in RA patients,acounting the number of joint swelling and tenderness to calculate the DAS28 points.To explore correlation between the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and the expression of synovial thickness,blood flow,joint effusion,CRP,ESR,DAS28 in heumatoid arthritis.Results:1.Phlegm and blood stasis points 73 cases of RA patients were more than 8 and DAS28 points were more than 2.8.2.73 cases of RA patients and the normal wrist joint of the patients with color Doppler ultrasound,such as synovial thickness,blood flow,joint effusion were different in.3.RA patients with phlegm and blood stasis score and wrist joint ultrasound blood flow,synovial thickness,joint effusion,joint tenderness,joint swelling,ESR,CRP,DAS28 positive correlation,the correlation coefficient were 0.660,0.418,0.391,0.367,0.448,0.426,0,520,0.560,respectively,P<0.05,and that has nothing to do with RF,P>0.05.4.RA group of patients with wrist synovium thickness and blood flow,CRP,ESR,DAS28,the number of swollen joints are positively correlated,the correlation coefficient were 0.580,0.466,0.455,0.534,0.390,0.342,P<0.05.That has nothing to do with joint effusion,Anti-CCP,RF,P>0.05.5.RA group of patients with wrist blood flow score and synovial thickness,CRP,ESR,DAS28,the number of swollen joints are positively correlated,the correlation coefficient were 0.598,0.419,0.385,0.502,0.436,0.467,P<0.05,and has nothing to do with joint effusion,Anti-CCP,RF,P>0.05.6.there was no correlation between,joint swelling,joint tenderness,,Anti-CCP,RF,ESR and DAS28 in RA group,respectively.P>0.05.But with an acticive correlation in CRP,(P<0.05)Conclution:1.Between the thickness and blood flow signal,effusion of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome scores and wrist synovium ultrasound was positively correlated with that of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome can be reflected in the modern imaging technology,ultrasound wrist may provide objective index for TCM syndrome type RA.2.active RA patients with phlegm and blood stasis integral and CRP,ESR,Anti-CCP,DAS28,joint tenderness,joint swelling number was positively correlated;synovium thickness and blood flow signals were positively correlated with CRP,ESR,DAS28,the number of swollen joints,joint inflammation that phlegm and blood stasis in active RA patients,the product of the wrist joint synovial thickness,color Doppler blood flow signals were positively related to inflammation and joint.There was no correlation between Anti-CCP and RF in patients with synovial thickness,blood flow signal and joint effusion.3.RA patients with wrist joint effusion,synovial thickness,blood level and normal people have significant differences,and was significantly higher than the normal level,indicating that RA of small joint[according to the 2009 ACR proposed joint and small joints were defined including wrist]destructive obvious.And the proliferation of synovial blood vessels is the key pathological factor of RA,synovitis is one of the important diagnostic criteria of RA,which is consistent with the results of previous studies.
