Professor Ji Hong's Experience In Treating Sjogren's Syndrome

Sjogren syndrome,also known as the "dry Bi","dryness","dryness toxin syndrome","consumptive disease"," arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine,is one of the common autoimmune disease.Professor Ji Hong,who has been engaged in medical work for nearly 30 years,is good at treating diseases of the autoimmune system.In this study,we summarized the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Ji Hong's prescription and medication to treat Sjogren's syndrome,which play a positive role in promoting the superiority of Chinese medicine in treating Sjogren's syndrome.This article summarizes Professor Ji Hong's clinical experience in the treatment of Sjogren syndrome.Through clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of classics of ancient medicine combined with years,Professor Ji Hong summed up the cause of this disease one is due to congenital cause of ferrite Yin,the other reason is toxin acquired infection leads to lack of fluid biochemistry,Yin dry,Qingqiao joint loss in ruyang.The basic pathogenesis is the principle of deficiency,blood stasis,arthralgia and dryness.It puts forward the principle of nourishing yin and generating blood and nourishing blood and moistening dryness.The characteristics of Professor Ji Hong in the clinical treatment of dry syndrome is:(1).Syndrome differentiation,grasp the pathogenesis,clear the type.(2).Syndrome differentiation and combination of Chinese and western.(3).Identify the viscera and put forward "individualized treatment".And through in clinics and wards of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Professor Ji Hong collected the diagnosis and treatment of Sjogren's syndrome in 30 cases,using statistical software SPSS20.0 and control analysis of the curative effect in the treatment of Chinese medicine,and Professor Ji Hong in the clinical use of frequency and cluster analysis,commonly used drugs that summarize the tropism of taste,Ji Hong professor of treatment of Sjogren syndrome prescription drug laws,Professor Ji Hong confirmed clinical experience and academic thoughts.
