The Discussion On Mechanism And Treatment Of Sjogren's Syndrome Based On The Theory Of Six-channel On Dryness

Objective: To explore the mechanism of six-channel on dryness wound,so as to put forward the Sjogren's syndrom(SS)six-channel differentiation classification.Through studying the vital energy theory of dryness characteristics,to explain which role the dryness play in the occurrence and development of the SS and the relationship between dryness and so many common symptoms of this disease.Through the distinguish between dryness with cold,dampness and hotness,we will put forward the principle for the medication of curing dryness and provide theoretical guidance for better clinical treatments of the SS.Methods:The paper combines literature review and theoretical discussion,based on Hetu and eight trigrams,Yin and Yang,five elements,and the vital energy theory on six-channel,supported by the traditional classics,such as Zhouyi,Neijing and Treatise on febrile diseases,confirmed each other with the books written by medical scientists of later ages such as Dryness summary,fusing the six-channel differentiation and the theory of defensive qi and nutrient blood,obeying the classics' order to deduce the gotten knowledge.Conclusion:Through the respective characteristic of six-channel's vital energy and the transmission principle,we can find that the generation of dryness is closely related with the Yangming and Taiyin meridians,and the dryness with hotness which is generated by the Yangming meridian can penetrate into Yingfen and Xuefen to suffer the kidney-yin in Shaoyin and Jueyin,and the obstruction of the circulation of vital energy in the Taiyang and Shaoyang meridians tends to affect the Yangming to produce dryness.Although the dryness covers cold,dampness and hotness,its characteristic and therapeutic principle are totally different with the pure cold,pure dampness and pure hotness,and the SS is tightly linked by the dryness with hotness in Xuefen of Shaoyin and Jueyin.
