The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of 241 Patients With Primary Sjogren's Syndrome

ObjectiveThere were 241 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome had been included.All the patients come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,in 20 years.The methods of data mining was used to analyze the data,to analyze frequency statistics,medication syndromes and association rules.It concluded the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome,provided ideas for Sjogren's syndrome TCM treatment,in order to further improve the clinical efficacy.MethodsThe clinical data of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome was collected during January 1,1998 to January 31,2018,in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software was used to carry on the statistics.It concluded the type of syndrome and drug frequency,association rules and compatibility relationship.It summarized the syndrome classification and basic medicine,to explore the rule of syndrome and treatment.ResultsThis study included 241 cases of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome.The statistical results were as follows: the frequency of common TCM syndromes in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome from high to low order:liver and kidney yin deficiency,lung and stomach yin deficiency,qi yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,yin deficiency and dampness,heart and kidney yin deficienc.Mainly with deficiency syndrome,most of which are liver kidney yin deficiency.The use frequency of all kinds of drugs was ranked as follows: tonic drugs,clearing away heat drugs,diuresis,wetting drugs,relieving exterior drugs,activating blood circulation and removing stasis drugs,expectorant cough relieving antiasthmatic drugs,astringent drugs,tranquilizing drugs,dispelling wind and dampness drugs.Drug lawsare as follows: liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome: intended for the six Dihuang Decoction,radix rehmanniae,Cornus officinalis,commonly used cassia twig,liquorice,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,ophiopogon root,yam,Alisma,Poria,cortex moutan;lung and stomach yin deficiency: the party intends to Maimendong decoction,common Dendrobium,Ophiopogon japonicus,pinellia tuber,liquorice,Radix Pseudostellariae,polygonatum,yam;qi yin deficiency syndrome: according to the use frequency prompt by supplementing qi and nourishing Yin drugs,Ophiopogon,licorice,common Codonopsis,Poria,Radix Pseudostellariae,Suanzaoren,Anemarrhena,Schisandra,Atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Alba;phlegm and blood stasis: the party intends to Guizhi Fuling pill,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Paeoniae Alba,commonly used Atractylodes,tuckahoe,liquorice,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,semen persicae,coix seed,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Bixie;Yin deficiency and dampness: according to the use frequency that the spleen qi,clearing dampness drugs,Baizhu,Fuling,Bai Biandou used,pinellia tuber,white peony root,cassia twig,ophiopogon root,Cortex Moutan,Alisma,tangerine peel,Radix Codonopsis,yam;Heart and kidney yin deficiency: according to the use frequency cues to Ziyin Qingre drugs,common peony bark,Radix Glehniae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,tuckahoe,Suanzaoren,radix paeoniae rubra,radix rehmanniae,ophiopogon root,Ligustrum lucidum,turtle shell;Conclusion241 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome are mostly yin deficiency of liver and kidney,followed by yin deficiency of lung and stomach,qi yin deficiency of,phlegm and blood stasis,yin deficiency and dampness resistance,heart and kidney yin deficienc.The disease is often seen in deficiency syndrome,and the main treatment is supplementation,especially the tonifying liver and kidney.The antipyretic medicine is used to clear the heat and nourish yin,and the water and wetting medicine is used to protect the spleen and water,and to protect the middle soil.Yin deficiency is easy to produce phlegm and blood stasis,so it is compatible with activating blood and removing stasis medicine and resolving phlegm.Through the method of data mining,this paper sums up the rule of the following syndrome: liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,treatment of tonifying liver and kidney mainly,the six flavour Rehmannia soup intends to it.For the yin deficiency lung and stomach syndrome,with the treatment of nourishing the lung and stomach,Maimendong Decoction party intends to it.The deficiency of Qi and Yin,the treatment is mainly nourishing Qi and Yin.The combination of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,the mainly treatment is to promote blood circulation and to remove stasis and phlegm,Gui Zhi Fu Ling pills intends to it.Yin deficiency and damp resistance syndrome,the treatment of qi invigorating spleen,clearing away the main wet.Heart and kidney yin deficiency,treatment with nourishing yin and clearing heat medicine.The research and the treatment of Chinese medicine for primary Sjogren's syndrome can provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and medication,and to improve the clinical efficacy.
