| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liangui Tiaojing Decoction combined with Fentontong in the treatment of Decreasing Ovarian Reservation(DOR),At the same time,observe the improvement and safety of the symptoms and signs of the disease.Provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DOR.Method:60 patients with ovarian reserve function who met the inclusion criteria in the gynaecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 01,2018 to December 31,2018.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral treatment with Liangui Tiaojing Decoction combined with Fentontong,and the control group was given oral Fentongtong alone.After 3 cycles of continuous treatment,the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and the changes of serum FSH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH,etc.were compared.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by statistical analysis of the observation data.Result:(1)Therapeutic effect of Liangui Tiaojing Decoction combined with Fentontong on patients with decreased ovarian reserve function:In the treatment group,4 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The changes of TCM syndrome scores in patients with ovarian reserve function decreased by Liangui Tiaojing Decoction combined with Fentontong:Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,The TCMsymptoms of the treatment group were improved after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the symptoms of dizziness and tinnitus in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The other symptoms were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups were statistically significant in the improvement of menstrual flow,lumbosacral pain,five upset fever,and dizziness and tinnitus(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in improving menstrual cycle,upset,hot flashes,night sweats,dry mouth and vaginal dryness(P>0.05).(3)Changes of Serum Sex Hormone Levels in Patients with Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function by Liangui Tiaojing Decoction Combined with Fenton:Compared with the control group,the FSH,FSH/LH and AMH values of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of E2 level,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of FSH,FSH/LH and AMH between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of E2 levels(P>0.05).(4)During the study,no significant adverse reactions and side effects occurred in either group.Only 3 patients in the control group and 1 patient in the treatment group experienced mild adverse reactions such as mild dizziness,nausea and nausea,and loose stools.Conclusions:(1)Liangui Tiaojing Decoction combined with Fentontong in the treatment of patients with heart and kidney non-crossing syndrome is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially in improving the patient’s menstrual flow,lumbosacral pain,five upset heat and dizziness and tinnitus symptoms The aspect is superior to the use of the fentomone group alone.(2)Liangui Tiaojing Decoction combined with Fentontong in the treatment of patients with heart and kidney non-crossing syndrome can effectively improve serum FSH,FSH/LH,AMH levels,the effect is better than the use of Fentonone alone,and the improvement of E2 levels The effect was comparable and had no significant effect on the improvement of E2 levels. |
