The western medicine group mice weight compared with low, medium and high three Chinese traditional medicine group, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in low, medium and high three mice weight compare, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2 After treatment with autoimmune building and drug, comparison between groups estrus, the control group with western medicine, Chinese medicine, high dose group the results no statistical significance(P > 0.05), the control group and model group and the result of low dose group had significant difference(P < 0.05); Model group and western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is low, medium and high group comparison, estrus model group was obviously prolonged,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) low,medium and high group, low dose group oestrous cycle extended obviously, significant difference(P < 0.05), western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), high group,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).3 Comparison between groups of ovarian index, control group is higher than the model group, the significant difference(P< 0.05); Model group and western medicine, Chinese medicine high, medium and low group compared, result is lower than the control group, model group and three Chinese traditional medicine group, the significant difference(P < 0.05);Western medicine group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) each dose group, no significant difference(P > 0.05); Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is compared between groups of high, medium and low group, no obvious difference(P > 0.05); The uterus index comparison, did not see obvious difference(P > 0.05).4 Comparison between groups primordial follicle number and the control group and model group, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was low, medium and high group and the control result is higher than the model group and low-dose group, significant difference(P < 0.05), the control group with the results of the treatment group did not see obvious difference(P > 0.05); Model group and western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was low,medium and high group, model group results is lower than the low dose group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), the results of model group compared with the rest of the treatment group and model group results under these categories, the significant difference(P < 0.05);The western medicine group results compared with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) low, medium and high, did not see obvious difference(P > 0.05).5 Compare each sex hormone values, the control group and model group, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was low, medium and high group FSH values, model group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) FSH low dose group were lower than the control group, significant difference(P <0.05), the remaining group there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); Compared with model group AMH values, the western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) AMH low, medium and high dose group were increased, the significant difference(P < 0.05), the remaining group no significant difference(P > 0.05); Model group and western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was low, medium and high group E2 values, the model group reduced E2 values, significant difference(P < 0.05); Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) low, medium and high group, low dose group is lower than western medicine group, significant difference(P < 0.05), the rest of the group there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); Chinese medicine was low, medium and high group E2,AMH value, low dose group were lower than the rest of the two groups, the significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:To pass through the effect of ziyin kidney prescription kidney pills after treatment, patients highlight the symptoms of the menopausal transition(e.g.facial hot flashes, tinnitus, dizziness,night sweats, much dream insomnia, loss of libido, lumbosacral pain etc.) is improved, and the base of sex hormone value has changed,gradually returned to normal.
