Clinical Study On Decreasing Ovarian Reservation By Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Purpose:Through observing the clinical effects on the early phase of decreasing ovarian reservation (DOR)(baseline10IU/L<FSH<20IU/L) by the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycle, theory basis and therapeutic method are provided in clinical practice.Method:This topic is divided into two parts:theoretical research and clinical research. Theoretical research:The systematic presentation of the pathogenesis and treatment situation from both traditional medicine and west medicine by collecting ancient and modern literature. Clinical research:45cases who met the inclusion criteria utilized one course (3months) of the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle. Serum LH,FSH,E2,, as well as the menstrual cycle and days and other symptoms were measured and recorded before and after the treatment.Result:①Clinical effects:10cases were cured, accounted for22.22%;11cases were markedly improved, accounted for24.44%;effectiveness in14cases, accounted for31.11%;10cases were invalid, accounting for22.22%. The total effectiveness was35cases,77.78%.②Clinical symptoms and signs:menstrual cycles and days before and after treatment had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Score of symptoms before and after treatment had statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Among all symptoms, cycle, volume, cervical score, hot flashes, insomnia, vertigo,fatigue, vaginal dryness or dyspareunia, anxiety and lumbago had significant differences(P<0.05),palpitation had no significant difference.③Hormone level:Compared before and after treatment, FSH level dropped and E2increased, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects by using the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating the cycles was accurate. This method can effectively improve endocrine hormone level in increasing E2and decreasing FSH by adjusting the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal gland as well as the menstrual cycle, in order to improve the clinical symptoms.
