Chinese medicine group has the same effect as the western medicine group.After follow-up to 3 months after discontinuation,there was a significant difference between the three groups and the pre-treatment group in the observation group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.01).The Western medicine group had lower scores than the pre-treatment group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After follow-up to 3 months after discontinuation,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.The difference was significant(P<0.01).The comparison between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05).By observing the long-term effects of the three groups,it was shown that the observation group had great advantages over the Chinese medicine6 group and the western medicine group in improving the long-term curative effect of TCM syndrome scores;the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group.3.Sex hormone levels: There were significant differences between the three groups of patients before and after treatment in FSH,LH,and E2(P < 0.05),indicating that the three groups had good levels of improvement in serum FSH,LH,and E2 levels.Efficacy.In terms of FSH and E2,compared with the two groups after treatment,the observation group was superior to the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in improving the FSH and E2,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01).The Chinese medicine group was indicates that the observation group has obvious advantages in improving patients' FSH,E2,and has a certain long-term efficacy,but the effect of improving LH is not obvious.4.AMH: After comparing the three groups of patients before and after treatment AMH values,the statistical analysis,the three groups have an improvement effect on AMH,and there are significant differences(P <0.01).After the end of the treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,with significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05);The effect of improving AMH is significantly better than that of the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group.The Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group have equivalent efficacy in improving AMH.5.AFC: Comparison of AFC before and after treatment in the three groups of patients,statistical analysis,observation group,western medicine group was significantly different(P <0.01),Chinese medicine group had statistical significance(P <0.05).After the end of the treatment,the improvement of AFC in the observation group was better than that of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).It shows that the three groups of patients have a good effect in improving AFC,and the observation group has the best effect.The Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group have equivalent efficacy in improving AFC.6.OV: After the end of treatment,the OV of the three groups had significant differences compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that all three groups had obvious therapeutic effects in terms of OV.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in the observation group and the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.01).There was nosignificant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups were in treatment.All of the OV patients have curative effect,and the observation group has the best curative effect.The Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group have the same efficacy in treating OV.Conclusion:There is a definite clinical effect in the treatment of the decline of ovarian reserve function with the decoction of regulating menstruation and menstruation,which can obviously improve the score of TCM syndrome,reduce the level of FSH,increase the level of AMH and E2,increase the number of AFC and improve the OV.Tiaojing decoction combined with Climen treatment of ovarian reserve function decline curative effect is obviously superior to Tiaojing Decoction group and Climen group. |
