The Effect Of The Recovery Of Ovarian Function On Decreasing Ovarian Reservation By Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective:Through the observation of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles in the treatment of decreasing ovarian reservation patients and disease belongs to deficiency of kidney, before and after the clinical symptoms, serum level E2, FSH,LH,GH and FSH/LH to explore invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles for the treatment of the clinical effect of decreasing ovarian reservation belongs to deficiency of kidney.Method:Collect 60 cases to Jiangsu Province hospital of TCM with decreasing ovarian reservation diagnosed deficiency of kidney during 2014 March to 2016 January. They were randomly divided into test group(A) and control group(B),30 cases in each:group A were given traditional chinese medicine by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles; group B were given chinese patent medicine Kuntai Capsule. Observe one course of treatment(3 months),record E2, FSH,LH,GH and FSH/LH levels, symptoms of A, B two groups before treatment and after treatment, then make a statistical analysis.Results:(1) Syndrome integralGroup comparison:A, B group total score showed a prominent decrease posttreatment compared with prior treatment (P<0.01);among them,menstrual conditions,hot flushes, sweating and soreness and weakness of waist and knees were obviously reduced(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:A, B two groups of symptoms total score after treatment difference (P<0.05).(2) Serum sex hormonesGroup comparison:A, B two group after treatment, serum E2,FSH,LH,FSH/LH decreased compared with prior treatment(P<0.05);the falling range is large especially in FSH(P<0.05),followed by LH(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between E2 and GH(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:The falling range of the A group significantly larger than group B(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between E2 and GH(P>0.05).(3) The comprehensive curative effectA group, the total effective rate of 76.7% was significantly higher than that in B group 50.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles in the treatment has a clear effect of decreasing ovarian reservation in kidney deficiency type, not only can significantly remit the patient’s clinical symptoms, also can decrease the level of serum E2, FSH,LH and FSH/LH. The clinical efficacy was significantly better than the chinese patent medicine Kuntai Capsule.The traditional chinese medicine by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles can restore ovarian function by adjusting the patients body function.
