| Objective:In this study,we observed and analyzed the clinical efficacy of Bu Shen Huoxue Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and discussed the clinical efficacy and safety of BushenHuoxue Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.To provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing decoction and the control group was treated with Femoston for 3 months.The clinical comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndrome integral,serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum estrogen(E2)were observed before and after treatment.The changes of(AMH)in serum were analyzed statistically,and the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing decoction on premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type was evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and clinical comprehensive curative effect between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the level of serum FSH was lower and the level of serum E2 was higher in the two groups than before(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum AMH before and after treatment(P > 0 05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing decoction is effective in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency due to deficiency of kidney and blood stasis.It can effectively improve the symptoms of menstrual cycle,small abdominal pain,hot sweating,low back and soft knees,and improve the quality of life of the patients.At the same time,Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing decoction can effectively regulate the level of serum FSH,E2 and improve ovarian function.Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing decoction is superior to Femoston in the improvement of TCM syndrome and clinical comprehensive curative effect.It has high safety and few side effects,so it is worthy of clinical popularization. |
