Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Side Head Shaking And Acupuncture On Cervical Spondylopathy Of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective : To observe the complementary effect of sid e head shaking and acupuncture on CSA.Methods: Select 60 cases from hunan university the second affiliated hospital oftraditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic,encephalopathy department outpatient service of CSA patients and medical center,accordin g to admission order were randomly divided into lateral head shaking the teachings with acupuncture treatment group(hereinafter referred to as A group)and acupuncture treatment group(hereinafter referred to as "group B),head shaking the teachings in tr eatment group(hereinafter referred to as" group C)and 20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with simple acupuncture at baihui,tianzhu,fengchi and cervical 5-7 jiaji points,followed by lateral head shaking,once every other day.In group B,only ba ihui,tianzhu,fengchi and cervical 5-7 jiaji points were treated with single acupuncture,once every other day.Group C was treated with only simple lateral head shake,once every other day.All three groups were treated for 20 days with a 10-day course.Before and after the treatment of patients with reference the Chinese traditional medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles [50] curative effect observation of the curative effect of standard and other symptom scores,immediately after a treatment for patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptom and function score,according to the results of integral,efficacy index and the curative effect of two groups of imaging examination analysis and improved imaging.1.Comparison of other symptom scores: The final effective cases in this study were 20 cases in each of the three groups A,B and C,and there were no cases of exclusion,shedding or termination.Statistical analysis showed that:Comparison of scores of daily work and life items: after 1 course of treatment,scores of symptoms and functions of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis in the side head shaking + acupuncture group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of scores of other symptoms: the vertigo degree was significantly increased before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of neck pain in the acupuncture group and the lateral head rolling group were improved to different degrees compared with those before treatment,a nd the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect: the total effective rate of side head rolling + acupuncture group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% in acupuncture group(P<0.05),and 80.00% in side head rolling group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of side head rolling + acupuncture group was 20.00%,which was statistically significant compared with that of acupuncture group(10.00%)and side head rolling group(10.00%)(P<0.05).
