Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA), a type of cervical spondylosis, also known as cervical vertigo or vertebrobasilar ischemia syndrome, Vertigo is considered as the main clinical manifestation, often accompanied by neck and shoulder pain and discomfort, upper limbs numbness and other related symptoms, the disease is more common in the elderly. With the accelerated pace of life and the formation of bad habits, such as working at his desk for a long period of time and incorrect posture, The incidence of the disease at a younger age trend, which increased year by year and easy to break out repeatedly, obviously suffering people’s life and work Therefore, looking for a safe and effective method of treatment of CSA is of great importance.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the method used to make the joints back to the correct location through lift up and shake one’s head in the treatment of CSA, and to compare the curative effect with which used Gastrodin by intravenous drip and observe the curative effect after two courses of treatment in both groups in order to offer a new method for clinical treatment of CSA.Methods:By using concise statistics cs14.0 statistical software,60 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into manipulation group and drug group, each group 30 people. all of the patients were given electric acupuncture treatment as the basic treatment, the manipulation group used the method used to make the joints back to the correct location through lift up and shake one’s head. drug treatment group received intravenous gastrodin, two groups of patients were treated for two courses. Two groups of patients were given symptoms and functional score before and after treatment, compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment.Results:After two courses of treatment, two groups’patients with symptoms and functional score in comparison before and after treatment Within group, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05), which means this two kinds of treaments are effective. Two groups’patients with symptoms and functional score comparison after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05), which indicated that manipulation group’s curative effect is better than drug group. Two groups’patients with clinical curative effect comparison after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05), which indicated that manipulation group’s curative effect is better than drug group.Conclusion:The method used to make the joints back to the correct location through lift up and shake one’s head to treat the CSA can effectively relieve patients’ dizziness and other symptoms, can correct cervical vertebra small joint dislocation, remove vertebral artery pressure, improve the blood supply to the brain, which is helpful to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. In addition, the operation is simple, safe, effective, which is worth promoting and learning.
