Needle Six Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis And Its Hemodynamic Nailfold Microcirculation Of The Impact

Objective:Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis (CSA) is a common ailment and frequently encountered disease in clinic, it's incidence is increasing year by year and it has a bad contribution to patients' quality of daily life. Convention treatment gives extremely slow therapeutic effect, its long-time effect below the mark, and it is easy to recurrent attacks. Acupuncture therapy has peculiarity and positive curative effect. During this topic, we used Xiangliuzhen to treat CSA, and observed its clilical therapeutic effect. In order to approach the mechanism of CSA which was cured by acupuncture, before and after treatment, We had a clinical observation and detected hemodynamics and nail fold microcirculation, and try to build a scientific experiment foundation to support the treatment.Methods:All the sixty cases came from the department of Acupuncture and orthopaedics of Danjiangkou NO.1 hospital of Hubei province, they were consistent with CSA diagnostic criteria. All the cases were divided into two groups according to the patients' visit order, each group with 30. The observation group adopts Xiangliuzhen treatment, we selected Fengchi, the third cervical "jiaji", Tianzhu of two sides to needle, altogether six acupoins, and ware treated by electro-acupuncture(EA) with continuous wave of 100 vices per minute frequency, remaining thirty minutes. The control group adopted 150mg Buflomedil injection, added 250ml 0.9% NaCI injection. Two treatments above were given one vices per day, two days rest after two weeks treatment, going on the next circulation. To evaluate therapeutic effect after one month treatment.Results:1. The healing ratio and total effective ratio Of observation group is 70.0% and 93.3% respectively, but of control group, healing rate is 36.7 and total effective is 76.7%. This shows that observation group is more excellent than control group in curative effect (P＜0.05).4. With regard to hemodynamics, After Xiangliuzhen treatment, VS, VD and VM increase greatly, and PI, RI decrease obviously (p＜0.01), But only VS, VD of the control group after treatment increase(P＜0.05). The results shows that observation group has a more excellent improvement in hemodynamics (P＜0.05).5. With regard to nail fold microcirculation, after treatment, all the blood vessel loop morphous, blood fluid morphous, loop circumference state and general integral of two groups decrease obviously, but the observation group has more obvious change(P＜0.05). This result shows that the observation group is more excellent in adjusting nail fold microcirculation than control group.Conclusion:1. The clinical curative effect of Xingliuzhen treatment is predominance, which is superior than control group obviously.2. Xingliuzhen can improve the blood flow rate of CSA patients, with PI. RI dropping, increase regional blood flow accordingly, promote blood supply to brain.3. Xingliuzhen can improve the microcirculation of CSA patients, and remove the constraint to vertebral artery, accelerate regional blood flow accordingly and release or cut off symptoms of CSA patients.
