A Clinical Study Of Zhishitongjiang Granule In The Treatment Of Postoperative Chemotherapy-related Vomiting Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective: Chemotherapy-associated vomiting is the most common side effect of postoperative chemotherapy in colorectal cancer.By observing the safety and efficacy of Qi Shi Tong Jiang Granule in the treatment of postoperative chemotherapy-related vomiting in colorectal cancer,it provides a clinical treatment for vomiting after chemotherapy in colorectal cancer.A new method and scientific basis.Methods:Sixty-four patients with colorectal cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The treatment group was given oral stagnation Tongdan granules,one dose per day,twice in the morning and evening,and the control group was given orally in the morning and evening.Ondansetron hydrochloride tablets,7 days for a course of treatment.The changes in symptom scores were observed before and 7 days after treatment,and the differences in treatment before and after the two groups were compared.Results:1.64 patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy who met the inclusion criteria,4 patients with shedding,compared with patients before treatment,randomized groups,the gender,age,KPS,TCM syndrome scores,total symptom scores of the two groups were not statistically significant.(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.There were significant differences in TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in nausea and vomiting score,stomach fullness score,and poor appetite score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in dry mouth and bitterness score(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the total scores after treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The KPS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 86.67%.After treatment,the total treatment efficiency was 73.33%.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Chongfu Zhishi Tongjiang Granule is a curative,safe and reliable treatment for postoperative chemotherapy-related vomiting and less side effects in colorectal cancer.
