The Clinical Experience Of Treating Vomiting Based On Tongjiang Theory And Research On The Law Of Syndrome Treatment In Literature

Objective:To summarize the tutor's clinical experience in differential diagnosis and treatment of vomiting by using Tongjiang theory,and to excavate and analyze the law of diagnosis and treatment of vomiting in the literature in the past ten years,so as to provide literature data support for clinical application of Tongjiang theory in the treatment of vomiting.Materials and methods:Collect and sort out the clinical cases of vomiting treated by mentors,and summarize the differential treatment ideas and prescription medication rules of mentors in the treatment of vomiting.Search the Chinese database from June 1,2009 to June 1,2019,formulate the retrieval strategy,standardize the treatment of the name,syndrome type and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and establish the literature database of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vomiting.Statistics and analysis of the rules of the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vomiting.Results:1.The core of the pathogenesis of vomiting is the disorder of stomach-fu circulation and depression,and the upward inversion of stomach qi,which is closely related to the rise and fall of the five Zang-organs.The pathological factors are cold,heat,qi,phlegm,drinking and so on.When treating the disease clinically,the tutor first distinguishes pathological evil qi,dredges and lowers stomach qi,adjusts five visceral qi functions,and determines different treatment methods according to the corresponding prescription and syndrome and pathology.The syndrome differentiation is accurate and the curative effect is accurate.2.Literature data mining selected a total of 100 articles,116 data,141 traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 24 syndrome types.Pinellia ternata,licorice,ginger,Poria,tangerine peel,jujube,Codonopsis pilosula,Coptis chinensis,Zhu Ru andXuan Flower are the top ten high-frequency drugs,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is classified to tonify deficiency,expectorant,antidote,qi-regulating and heat-clearing drugs.The drug association combinations of the top 7 groups in association rule analysis are as follows: Pinellia ternata + ochre,Pinellia ternata + tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata + bamboo ru,Pinellia ternata +ginger,Pinellia ternata + jujube,Pinellia ternata + Poria cocos.According to the association rule analysis of drug-treatment method,licorice,ginger,Poria,Coptis chinensis,Bupleurum and Scutellaria baicalensis were the most commonly used drugs.Conclusion:1.The tutor's clinical differential treatment of vomiting revolves around the rise and fall of the five Zang qi,first distinguishing cold and heat,phlegm,qi stagnation and other pathological evil qi,then establishing different treatment principles,such as clearing heat,dispelling cold,clearing cold and lowering,Huayin Tongjiang,and finally applying different prescriptions.with Banxia Houpu decoction,Xiangsuyin and other qi-lowering products mediating Zhongjiao machine,the clinical effect is quite good.2.The statistical results of literature mining and the clinical experience of mentors contain the theory of communication and descent,which provides clinical and data support for clinical differential diagnosis and treatment of vomiting.
