Clinical Curative Effect Of Wheat Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Constipation After Colorectal Cancer Postoperative Chemotherapy

Objective:this subject mainly through compare the treatment of cauterizing Zusanli plus the eight liao point acupuncture treatment with simple the eight liao point acupuncture treatment on the constipation after Colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy, to observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of cauterizing Zusanli on the constipation after Colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy. To explore the feasibility and advantages of the treatment of cauterizing Zusanli on the constipation after Colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy.To excavate Clinical value of moxibustion therapy.To develop a broader prospect-for the treatment of cauterizing Zusanli prevention and treatment of the constipation after Colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy.Method:1.Clinical studies:determining secretory otitis media diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and the evaluation standard,40objects meeting the standards were chosen and objects were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group with20cases in each group.20cases in the control group taking the eight liao point acupuncture treatment as the foundation treatment,2times each week, for3weeks;another20cases in the experimental group taking cauterizing Zusanli plus the eight liao point acupuncture treatment,3times weekly moxibustion therapy, each of the9column, continuous use for3weeks, and the foundation treatment is the same.Both patients from the two groups were advised to drink more water, pay attention to improving the living habits and bowel habits. After treatment, they use the before and inter-group comparison to observe the changes of symptoms and scores of life quality by accumulated points.Results:1.After3weeks,for the experimental group,the cure rate was5%(1), appreciable efficient was80%(16), efficiency was15%(3), inefficiency0%(0); the control group:the cure rate was5%(1), appreciable efficient was45%(9), efficiency was50%(10), inefficiency0%(0).Statistics proved that after treatment,the efficacy of the two groups are different, the comparison results were statistically significant (P<0.05). It was observed that the treatment in the two groups were effective in the treatment of this disease, but the clinical curative effect of the experimental group is better, more advantages in treatment effect.2.Statistics proved that the two groups after treatment, scores of life quality and symptoms and signs scores compared with those before treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.05).3.The scores of life quality and symptoms and signs scores of the experimental group were significant difference in seventh days after treatment(P<0.05).4.experimental group and control group on the constipation after Colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy were effective and security, there were not bad reaction.Conclusion:auterizing Zusanli treatment on the constipation after Colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy is significantly effective,and it has the advantage of clinical symptoms improving and the life quality improving, and deserve further study and clinical popularization.
