Backgroundcolorectal cancer is a common digestive system cancer in recent years, its incidence increased year by year,For colorectal cancer patients who have the opportunity to surgical operation, surgery is the foundation means of the treatment of colorectal cancer. However, due to anatomical factors of colorectal cancer and its own characteristics,Postoperative local recurrence and distant metastasis rate was higher,What is the the main reasons of the impact on quality of life and long-term survival.A large number of clinical trials show that adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer, and also can significantly improve the five-year survival rate of patients and prolong disease-free survival,or even make it possible to cure cancer.According to the latest interpretation of the NCCN guidelines of adjuvant chemotherapy in colorectal cancer,It pointed out that for the stage III patients, guidelines recommend giving six months of adjuvant chemotherapy, including regimens FOLFOX(preferably),XELOX(preferably),FLOX,5-FU / LV,and capecitabine is not suitable for the treatment of oxaliplatin patient.FOLFOX and XELOX scheme are safe and effective in patients of colorectal adjuvant with chemotherapy cancer and have been confirmed by a large number of clinical trials.Fluorouracil sustained-release agent is applied to clinical implantation for chemotherapy drugs in recent years, which can play a earlier chemotherapy and relevant study confirmed it is no significantly increasing postoperative complications.in patients. But the different chemotherapy regimens and drug have different efficacy and side effects,So how to establish good effect and low side effects of chemotherapy for patients with chemotherapy is a primary issue of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.ObjectiveThrough the analysis of the impact on the related blood indicators of patients with postoperative stage ? colon cancer who received different adjuvant chemotherapy(including tumor markers, blood, liver function, albumin),we can evaluate the efficacy and safety of different types of treatment programs.Methods92 cases of pathological diagnosis of stage colorectal cancer patients in the Central ?Hospital of Xinxiang From October 2013 to March 2015 was selected for the study, they were given A,B,C,D-4 different adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery(A: intraoperative fluorouracil implants+FOLFOX program;B: FOLFOX scheme;C: intraoperative fluorouracil implants+XELOX scheme;D: XELOX scheme).Comparison and analysis of the related blood indicators with patients after adjuvant chemotherapy regimens.ResultsThe comparison of the related serum levels of tumor markers and fall in the first postoperative period between group A,C and group B,D was significantly lower(P<0.05),There was no statistically significant with the levels and reduction about related tumor marker after chemotherapy treatment(P>0.05);the incidence of white blood cells belowing normal in group A is higher than group B and D during chemotherapy(P<0.05),the incidence of white blood cells belowing normal in group C is higher than group B and D(P<0.05),Group B was higher than group D(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant among the other groups(P>0.05);the incidence of anemia in group D was lower than other groups(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significance among the other groups(P>0.05);There was no significantly different on the average of platelet and albumin in each group, referred to the effect of chemotherapy in alanine aminotransferase, the incidence of elevated alanine aminotransferase in group A and B was obvious higher than C and D(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between other groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative implantation of fluorouracil relievers-joint FOLFOX solutions or XELOX can have the More effective of early kill tumor cells than Simple application FOLFOX or XELOX regimens, but it can increase the incidence of decrease of white blood cells in patients during chemotherapy;FOLFOX scheme has higher probability of Liver injury and bone marrow suppression than those who received XELOX scheme, and each side effects are manageable. It prompts that the intraoperative implantation of fluorouracil relievers-can have the effect of early kill tumor cells, and The application of four chemotherapy regimens have high security...
