Clinical Study Of Tangpi Zhuru Decoction In The Treatment Of Postoperative Chemotherapy-related Vomiting In Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jupizhuru Decoction in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients who satisfy the criteria were divided into two groups randomly.In the control group,30 cases were treated with Tropisetron Hydrochloride Inject 5mg iv before chemotherapy.The treatment group of 30 cases treated with Tropisetron Hydrochloride Inject 5mg iv before chemotherapy and talking Jupizhuru Decoction once a day for 7 days.Comparing observation of improvement of the vomiting and TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Jupizhuru Decoction for chemotherapy-induced vomiting after colorectal cancer surgery will be analysed and evaluated.Results:1.Clinical curative effect of vomiting degree:after treatment,the result of comparing the degree of vomiting in the two groups of clinical curative effect,P<0.05,there is significant statistical significance;2.Clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms:after treatment,the clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms in the two groups was compared,P<0.05,there was statistical significance;3.TCM symptoms:nausea and vomiting,gastric distention,anorexia,bland taste,lassitude were P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion:On the basis of accurate and dialectical Jupizhuru Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting after colorectal cancer surgery in a certain extent.It is a safe and effective medicine.
