Herpes Zoster?HZ?is an infectious skin disease caused by the reactivation of Varicella Zoster Virus?VZV?,which is latent in the posterior root ganglia or cranial ganglia of the spinal cord[1].Post Herpetic Neuralgia?PHN?is the most common complication of herpes zoster after the healing of herpes zoster rash for 1 month or nore[2].Epidemiological studies, the annual incidence of herpes zoster is about 3‰?5‰,about 9%to 34%of patients with herpes zoster will develop postherpetic neuralgia, after the herpes zoster neuralgia The rate is 3.9 to 42.0/100,000[3,4].With the increase of age,the incidence and prevalence of herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia gradually increase.About 65%of herpes zoster patients aged 60 years and older will develop herpes zoster neuralgia,70 years old.And above,up to 75%[3,4].At present, for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, both Chinese and Western medicine have their own characteristics, clinically effective, and there are many types of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The application of acupuncture is convenient and effective, and there is no obvious adverse reaction in clinical practice. This method is easy.Allow patients to accept, play an important therapeutic role in the clinical treatment of neuropathic pain.As a common clinical therapy, the spur therapy is effective.The4 "External Treatment Six Classics Method" is a method for treating skin diseases summarized by the instructor in more than 30 years of clinical application.Through previous studies,it has been confirmed in clinical practice that the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia?qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome?is exact, but there is still no systematic support for the academic research and clinical trial data of the"external treatment of six classics" academic thought.Research purposes:?1?systematically sort out the academic thoughts and clinical results of the "External Treatment of the Six Classics" to help rational and scientific exploration and inheritance of the experience of famous experts, and to bring into play the clinical effects of combining theory and practical experience, highlighting the tradition The advantages of extra-medical treatment.?2?To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and external acupuncture for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with "external treatment of six classics",and to explore the "external treatment of six methods" acupuncture treatment for postherpetic neuralgia Safety and effectiveness.Research methods:?1?through the systematic combing and summarization of the "external treatment of six classics" academic thinking, dialectical acupoints, case analysis, comparative data before and after treatment to evaluate the "external treatment of six classics" on the herpes zoster posterior nerve The clinical efficacy of pain, explore its academic thinking in the treatment of this disease.?2?The subject of the study was from patients with herpes zoster neuralgia who were voluntarily participating in the subject and diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome from April 2018 to January 2019.A total of 22 patients were randomly divided into treatments. There were 11 cases in each group and control group. The treatment group applied acupuncture treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with" external treatment of six classics",acupoints:Taichong,Yanglingquan,Xuehai,Zusanli,Shaofu,Houxi,Neiguan,Waiguan,r uler Ze,Hegu,Taixi,Shenmai;the control group used acupuncture. The treatment frequency of the two groups of patients was once a day,14 days for a course of treatment, and the treatment cycle was two courses.Visual analog scale score?VAS score?,depression self-rating scale score?SDS score?,Pittsburgh sleep quality score?PSQI score?were observed before and after treatment, and the treatment process was observed for adverse reactions and safety.Evaluation, satisfaction survey was conducted after two courses of treatment, and VAS score,SDS score and PSQI score before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:?1?"External treatment of six classics"treatment of postherpetic neuralgia to dredge the foot and phlegm and liver, mainly using the five elements of the phase, phase, multiplication and relative law?wood fire, aquatic wood?,Mu Ke Tu,Mu Jin Jin)Select"Six Classics":" meridian qi and blood to achieve the purpose of regulating the internal organs function, that is,"six-jing Tongzhi, viscera and homology"to treat diseases.?2?A total of 22 patients with herpes zoster stagnation and stagnation of blood stasis syndrome were enrolled in the study. There were 11 patients in the treatment group and 11 patients in the control group.According to the analysis data, the two groups were clinically comparable in terms of gender, age and disease duration Sex.After 28 days of treatment, the two groups were statistically analyzed. The total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group and 72.72%in the control group. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups?P<0.01?.The efficacy of the group was higher than that of the control group;the VAS scores before treatment were clinically comparable. The VAS score of the treatment group was 2.36±0.67 at 28 days after treatment and the VAS score of the control group was 3.90±1.37.The two groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?,the improvement of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the preoperative SDS scores of the two groups were clinically comparable, and the two groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?,and the treatment group had a SDS score of 30.90±.3.96,the control group was 41.09±4.78.The SDS scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower before and after treatment, and the depression status was significantly improved, but the improvement of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the pre-treatment PSQI scores of the two groups were clinically comparable. The 28-day treatment was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The PSQI score of the treatment group was 7.81±1.47,and that of the control group was 10.9±2.16.The PSQI scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower. The quality of sleep improved significantly, but the improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion:Through the systematic review and summarization of the academic thought of'External Treatment of Six Classics",the" External Treatment of Six Classics"has a sufficient theoretical basis for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Compared with the treatment of spurs,it can reach the human body.Meridian, the purpose of improving the function of the human body.Clinical trials have shown that the"external treatment of six methods" acupuncture treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is safe and effective, can effectively improve the symptoms of pain, depression and insomnia, and the treatment group is better than the control group,The "French Law"academic practice provides clinical data to guide the clinical practice, and the "external treatment of the six classics"is better than single acupuncture treatment, suggesting that the treatment is worthy of clinical
