Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Hot Elective Bag In The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives This study by visual analogue scale(VAS)improved comparison before and after treatment in patients with pain,and in the treatment of skin disease before and after the quality of life table(DQOLS)score and TCM syndrome integral three aspects has carried on the comparison,in the treatment of acupuncture combined Chinese medicine hot I package heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster provides the reference for the clinical application of qi and blood stasis.Methods From February 2018 to January 2019,93 cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome who visited the department of acupuncture and moxibustion in the first middle hospital of baoding city were collected.The patients were divided into 3 groups by simple randomized control group method.Each group had 31 patients.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot elective package therapy,the control group was given conventional ordinary acupuncture therapy,and the control group was given pure hot elective package therapy.The treatment cycle of the three groups was 20 days.At the end of the treatment course,visual analogue scale,dermatology quality of life score table and TCM syndrome score table were used to evaluate the efficacy of each group.At the same time,observe whether the patients have adverse reactions during the whole treatment period.Results 1.Evaluation and comparison of the three groups on the degree of pain improvement(number of cases): 4 cases were cured,23 cases were significantly effective,2 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 96.7%;In the control group,1 case was cured,9 cases were significantly effective,17 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%.The total effective rate was 76.7%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the two control groups,p=0.000(p<0.001),and the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of VAS values before and after treatment among the three groups(p<0.001)indicated that the three methods significantly improved patients' quality of life.Pairwise comparison,the treatment group was compared with the control group by P=0.000(P<0.05),and the treatment group was compared with the control group by P=0.000(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of acupuncture combined with hot elective packet therapy was better than that of ordinary acupuncture and hot elective packet therapy alone.P=0.054(P >0.05)was compared between the control group and the control group,indicating that there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between acupuncture and hot election package,and there was no statistical significance.3.Comparison of life quality scores of skin diseases among the three groups(p<0.001)indicated that the three methods had significant improvement in patients' life quality.Pairwise comparison,the treatment group was compared with the control group by P=0.000(P<0.05),and the treatment group was compared with the control group by P=0.000(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of acupuncture combined with hot elective packet therapy was better than that of ordinary acupuncture and hot elective packet therapy alone.P=0.054(P >0.05)was compared between the control group and the control group,indicating that there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between acupuncture and hot election package,and there was no statistical significance.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome points among the three groups(p<0.001),indicating that all three methods were effective.Pairwise comparison,comparison between the treatment group and the control group P=0.000(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,P=0.000(P<0.05);The comparison of P=0.009(P<0.05)between the control group and the control group indicated that the treatment effect of acupuncture combined with hot election package was better than that of ordinary acupuncture and hot election package alone.Conclusions The results of this study showed that both the treatment group and the control group could improve the clinical pain symptoms of patients with GBS type postherpetic neuralgia,but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the two control groups.Figure0;Table6;Reference 87...
