Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Floating Needle In The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of common acupuncture combined wi th floating acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods: 56 patients with PHN 28 cases were randomly divided into normal acupuncture group(control group)and acupuncture plus floating needle group 28 cases(treatment group),adopt the VAS pain score and grade of pain index score(PRI),Chinese medicine symptom quanti zation tables were observed before and after treatment the pain of slow situation,f urther observation acupuncture after two courses of treatment with floating needle with common acupuncture both for the clinical effect of the treatment of PHN,the contrast analysis of the overall curative effect after treatment.Results: 1.In the VA S pain score,PRI score,and TCM symptom quantification scale score of the two groups before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups after stati stical analysis of P>0.05.After treatment,VAS score and PRI score were compared between the two groups,and the difference values of VAS score and PRI score were all P<0.05 after statistical analysis,showing a difference.After treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in terms of P>0.05.2.The overall effica cy was statistically significant when P<0.05 by rank-sum test.The recovery rate of treatment group was 57.14% and the effective rate was 89.29%.The effective rate was 75% and the effective rate was 25%.3.No significant adverse events occurred i n either group during the whole treatment.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with floating acupuncture can effectively relieve local pain and improve the quality of life of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Compared with the single ordinary acupu ncture,there is a statistical difference between the two.In addition,the floating ac upuncture has a wide sweep range,is safe and effective,and is favored by patients.
