Objective:The jiaji points electric acupuncture combined with local lesion around thorn treat the Postherpetic intercostals neuralgia, observe before and after treatment the treatment group and control group, the change of the patient’s level of pain and sleep quality, evaluate jiaji points electric acupuncture treatment’s clinical curative effect.Methods:Accord with standard of diagnosis, in60cases survived intercostals neuralgia after herpes zoster patients according to random number table is divided into the treatment group and control group.Treatment group30patients were given jiaji points acusector and local lesion around thorn, the control group only give local around the thorn.2times/day.6days treatment.a total of3period of treatment,Analyze the patients before and after treatment and the treatment after one month of the visual analogue scale (VAS).
