| Objective: Setting the treatment group and control group by random method,to evaluate the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type LDH by electrical acupuncture on Jiaji and point selection by pattern identification,study the curative effect and advantages of two methods,clarify the mechanism on treatment of LDH by electrical acupuncture on Jiaji,thus provides a highly efficient treatment program for clinical acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type LDH.Methods: using randomized controlled trial.60 cases of patients with blood stasis type LDH,were randomly divided into electric acupuncture treatment group(30 cases)and normal control group(30 cases).Once per day,retaining needle time 30 minutes,a course of treatment for 6days,rest for 1 day,two coures of treatment were observed.The curative effect were observed after treatment of two courses by JOA and visual analog scale.Results:(1)After treatment two group total effectiveness respectively is: treatment group93.33%,control group 86.67%.the lumbocrural pain symptoms of two groups of patients with blood stasis type LDH have improved significantly after treatment,and the symptoms of treatment group alleviated obviously than the control group.(2)Before and after treatment,Two groups of Japanese Orthopaedic Association score difference display: The symptoms of two groups of patients were mitigated in some degree after treatment,but the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: This study suggests that the total effective rate of electroacupuncture on Jiaji point for the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation is higher than that of routine acupuncture group,the former can better relieve lumbar pain,lower limb radioactive pain and dragging pain symptoms than the latter.Therefore,the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture on Jiaji point for the treatment of blood stasis type LDH is better and worth promoting. |
