Deep Acupuncture Of Jiaji Points By Electroacupuncture Combined With Cupping Therapy To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture and deeply needling Jiaji points combined with cupping therapy clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation, and to observe whether the method is better than the ordinary acupuncture, for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation to explore a kind of safety, convenient operation and curative effect of the treatment method.Research methods:will meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into routine acupuncture group (24 cases), Jiaji points deep needling group (24 cases), Jiaji points deep needling and cupping group three group (25 cases), the treatment of the three groups were 5 times a week,2 weeks for 1 courses.Evaluation of curative effect standard clinical curative effect by State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine "standard" Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy of the formulated, symptom score by scoring in accordance with OSwertry dysfunction index method, the degree of pain by visual analog scale (VAS) assessed.The results of the study:Before treatment in the three groups in gender, age, course of disease, ODI score, VAS score have no significant difference (P> 0.05), that is, three groups of homogeneous isotropic, comparable.1.ODI total score comparison:after the treatment, the scores of ODI in three groups were obviously reduced, with statistically significant difference; the comparison between two two groups, Jiaji points group, deep needling Jiaji pointsdeep needling and cupping group after treatment, the total score of ODI were lower than that of routine acupuncture group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05), Jiaji points deep needling and cupping group after treatment, ODI score and Jiaji points deep needling group also had significant difference (P< 0.05).2.VAS score comparison:comparison within group, the three groups after treatment VAS score were significantly decreased than before treatment (P< 0.05); comparison between groups, Jiaji, deep needling Jiaji points group was significantly lower than that of routine acupuncture group deep acupuncture plus cupping group the VAS score, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Jiaji points deep needling group and Jiaji points deep needling and cupping group after treatment, VAS score had no significant difference (P>0.05) 3.Comparison of clinical efficacy:clinical common acupuncture group, the total efficiency of 66.7%, deep needling clinical Hua Tuo Jiaji points group total effectiveness is 91.7%, deep needling Hua Tuo Jiaji plus cupping group the total clinical effective rate was 96%, there was significant after the two group and theordinary acupuncture group differences (P< 0.05).The research conclusion:1 ordinary acupuncture, Jiaji points deep acupuncture, Jiaji points deep needlingand cupping are effective methods to treat lumbar disc herniation, deep needlingJiaji points and clip deep needling and cupping the total clinical efficiency is higher than the ordinary acupuncture.2 Jiaji points deep needling and deep needling and cupping can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the pain score, especially the Jiaji points deepneedling combined with cupping and improve the clinical symptoms significantly more.3 Jiaji points deep needling and deep needling and cupping therapy has no obvious toxic side effect, is worth popularizing in clinic.
