Clinical Observation Of Taoren Chenpi Decoction In The Treatment Of AECOPD (phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing The Lung Syndrome)

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Taoren Chenpi Yin in the treatment of AECOPD?stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis in pulmonary syndrome?,objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Taoren Chenpi Yin,and provide a new and effective prescription for clinical treatment of AECOPD?stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis in pulmonary syndrome?.Methods::72 patients with AECOPD?stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis in pulmonary syndrome?were randomly divided into treatment group?n=36?and control group?n=36?.In the course of the study,2 patients in the two groups were excluded because of reason.One patient in the control group was discharged from the hospital,and one patient was not taken as required and was excluded.The final effective rate was68 cases,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Taoren Chenpi Yin control group.To evaluate and analyze the improvement of TCM syndrome curative effect,dyspnea index and so on before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:?1?after treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both tea ms decreased compared with that before treatment.Both groups could improve t he symptoms of patients,and the treatment group had better efficacy?P<0.05?.?2?both groups could improve lung function,and the effect of the treatment gr oup on improving FVC was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.?3?B oth groups could improve PaO₂,SaO₂,and decrease PaCO₂..There was no signif icant difference in all indexes between the two groups?P>0 05?,but the curativ e effect was the same.?4?Inflammatory index:There were significant difference s in the inflammatory markers?CRP,IL-6?between the two groups after treatm ent?P<0.05?,suggesting that the Taoren Chenpi Yin treatment group can better inhibit the inflammatory response.?5?there was a statistical difference in dyspn ea index between the two groups after treatment?P<0.05?,and dyspnea sympto ms could be better improved in the treatment group.?6?there were no adverse r eactions related to traditional Chinese medicine were observed during the treatm ent,no abnormal changes in safety indicators were observed,and the safety of peach kernel and orange peel decoction was good.Conclusion:Taoren Chenpi Yin combined with the best symptomatic support for the treatment of AECOPD?stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis in pulmonary syndrome?patients can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve lung ventilation and oxygenation,inhibit inflammation,relieve symptoms of dyspnea and improve the quality of life of patients.And the safety during the treatment process is good,which shows that in the process of AECOPD,Chinese medicine has the advantages of less adverse reactions,safety and effectiveness,and the treatment of syndrome differentiation can improve the curative effect.The observation showed that Taoren Chenpi Yin is safe and effective in the treatment of AECOPD.
