Removing Phlegm And Dispelling Stasis Method Treatment Of AECOPD Syndrome Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing Lung Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the curative effect of 60 patients with AECOPD syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis and obstruction of lung and its influence on related indexes,and to confirm the advantages of using Ditan and blood stasis prescription combined with cough and phlegm acupoint application in the treatment of AECOPD.To provide clinical basis and specific medication for the objectivity of phlegm,blood stasis and lung.Chinese medicine and Yu point combined with each other,play a dual-phase treatment,at the same time with the use of traditional Chinese medicine,can play an overall synergistic therapeutic effect on the human body,give play to the traditional Chinese medicine internal and external application treatment AECOPD multi-target,multi-level advantages.Methods: The clinical observation according to the patient visit time order,according to the random control principle carries on the screening grouping,selects 60 patients to carry on the observation,divides into the control group 30 and the observation group 30,collects the general item data,the history,the symptom,the sign,the lung function,the blood routine,the CRP、 blood gas analysis,the FBG and the D-dimer and so on examination.The two groups of patients made appropriate western medicine plan according to their condition.On this basis,the observation group selected traditional Chinese medicine for removing phlegm and removing blood stasis prescription and relieving cough and resolving phlegm acupoint application for 2 weeks of clinical treatment observation.the symptoms,signs,clinical efficacy,blood routine,CRP,blood gas analysis,and changes in FBG、D-dimers were compared after both groups completed treatment.Results:1.There were no shedding cases in this study,and 60 cases were successfully completed.The experimental data showed that the baseline data,symptoms and signs score,blood routine,CRP and other laboratory indexes of the two groups P > 0.05 before receiving any treatment,indicating that the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant and comparable.2.The results showed that the observation group had more advantages than the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of AECOPD patients such as cough,phlegm and asthma.The experimental data showed that the score of expectoration and chest tightness in the observation group P<0.01,which showed that the observation group improved expectoration and chest tightness more obviously.3.After treatment,the total clinical effect of the two groups was statistically significant,P < 0.05.The data showed that the total clinical effect of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.4.The two groups of patients after WBC、NEU%、NLR、CRP treatment compared with their respective before treatment,each index has different degrees of improvement,with significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods can improve the patients inflammatory indicators.After 2 weeks of treatment,the inflammatory index of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment method of the observation group was better.5.The PH values of the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),both before and after treatment,indicating that the two treatments had no significant effect on PH patients.The Pa CO2、Pa O2、Sa PO2 of the two groups were different from those before treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the Pa CO2、Pa O2、Sa PO2 of the two groups could be improved after treatment,while the observation group was P<0.05 after treatment compared with the control group.It shows that the observation group has more advantages in improving Pa CO2、Pa O2、Sa PO2 than the control group.6.The two groups after treatment D-dimer and FBG were P<0.05 compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group in improving D-dimer and FBG(P<0.05).Objective: To investigate the effect of removing phlegm and removing blood stasis on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)by phlegm-stasis syndrome,which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and affect blood routine(WBC、NEU%、NLR),CRP,blood gas analysis(Pa CO2、Pa O2、Sa PO2),D-dimer and FBG.
