Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Recipe In Treating Cardiovascular Neurosis With Liver-stagnation And Phlegm-stasis Mutual Obstruction Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Prescription in patients with cardiovascular neurosis of stagnation of liver qi and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,in order to provide basis for clinical application.Methods: All the cases in this study were from 63 patients with cardiovascular neurosis,liver depression and Qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to January 2019.There were 31 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the treatment group.The control group and the treatment group were given psychological counseling.The control group was given Delixin one tablet each time,once a day;the treatment group was given Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Formula one dose a day,one bag in the morning and one bag in the evening;the course of treatment was 4 weeks;and the scores of TCM syndromes,Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale were recorded before and after treatment,respectively.The results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Decoction can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with cardiovascular neurosis of stagnation of liver-qi and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis(P < 0.01),and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cardiovascular neurosis.2.Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Decoction can effectively reduce the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale in patients with cardiovascular neurosis of stagnation of liver-qi and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis type(P < 0.01),and improve the anxiety symptoms of patients with cardiovascular neurosis.3.Chaiyu Shugan Yixin Decoction can effectively reduce the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale in patients with cardiovascular neurosis of stagnation of liver-qi and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis type(P < 0.01),and improve the depressive symptoms of patients with cardiovascular neurosis.
