Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Professional Ethics Education In Health Vocational Schools

In recent years,the contradiction between doctors and patients is becoming more and more serious.As the backup force of the applied medical workers,the vocational moral education level of the health vocational school students is directly related to the future of the health industry in China.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the professional ethics education for medical students.Through education,a comprehensive and qualified medical personnel can be trained,the quality of medical care can be guaranteed,the scientific development of medical cause can be promoted,the self-development of students can be realized.This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the current situation of professional ethics education of students in a health vocational school in Suzhou.In the investigation,the author found that the main problems in the process of professional ethics education in the school are: the lack of autonomy among educational objects;the lack of scientific content;the lack of innovation in the educational method;the lack of continuity in the educational form;and the lack of operability in the educational evaluation method.The reasons for these phenomena can be summed up as follows: the subjective reasons of the students,the neglect of the vocational moral education,the old content,the lack of teachers,the lack of the support of the humanities,the weakness of the vocational moral education during the internship and the complexity of the social environment.In view of the existing problems,the author puts forward the following solutions: First,highlight the dominant position of students,guide students to constantly improve their professional ethics accomplishment;second,close to the specificity of the industry,pay attention to the cultivation of students "four consciousness";third,enrich the content of professional ethics education;fourth,innovate the teaching methods of professional ethics education;fifth,build an effective evaluation system of professional ethics education;sixth,improve the comprehensive quality of professional teachers;seventh,strengthen cooperation with medical and health units to improve the effectiveness of professional ethics education.
