Objective:1.Using the theory of health education to control occupational school students for tobacco control,students change their behavior from knowledge,smoking beliefs(attitudes)to behaviors that are harmful to health.2.to promote the construction of smoke-free campus,improve the self-efficacy of students of vocational school on tobacco control,and develop a good way of life and behavior.3.to provide some evidence for tobacco control interventions in other vocational schools.Methods:Through literature searching—and inquiries about tobacco control research at home and abroad.Collation and analysis of the literature.We send the survey through questionnaire and fill in the form of survey to 18-20 year-old students of different majors in the two schools of Suzhou International Education Park North District,Suzhou Medical Technology School and Suzhou Technician College.After data collection and processing—and Excluding unqualified questionnaires,all qualified survey collected,the database was established with Epidata,SPSS software for statistical analysis.According to the nature of the data,general descriptive analysis,?2 test and other methods to get changes in the factors before and after the intervention of tobacco control health educationresult:1.Basic information about smoking among vocational school students: There were 383 questionnaires distributed in two vocational schools with 379 valid scores.There were 63.3% for 240 boys and 36.7% for 139 girls.Among 379 vocational school students from 6 different professions,the smoking rate was 12.4%,with 15.4% for boys and 7.2% for girls.Smoking prevalence among different genders was statistically significant(P <0.05),suggesting that the smoking prevalence rate in male vocational school students was higher than that in female vocational school students.Although the smoking rates among different professions were different,it was not statistically significant.2.Information on Basic knowledge of tobacco control before intervention of health education students: The vocational school students on the health hazards of smoking is lack of theoretical knowledge,36.4% of students know the "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control." Boys and girls are not statistically significant in terms of "smoking on cardiovascular,respiratory system," "addiction to nicotine," and "sperm quality." Boys and girls have weak knowledge.In regard to tobacco control,59.6% of the smoking school-aged students did not want to quit smoking,and 85.1% of the smoking school-based students felt that smoking was beneficial to social interaction.Smoking vocational school students and non-smoking vocational school students in "schools should carry out tobacco control","quit smoking is conducive to future social","work or social needs will not smoke","public places can not smoke","willing to participate in tobacco control publicity" this There are significant differences in attitudes(P <0.01).There was no significant difference between smokers and non-smokers in "willing to participate in tobacco control health education",94.7% of them were willing to participate in tobacco control health education.3.The changes of the vocational school students' health knowledge after smoking intervention: the participation rate of students in tobacco control activities increased from 29.2% to 95.2%;86.2% of the students think "smoking cessation is conducive to future study";"I hope my spouse will not smoke" "No Smoking in Public Places" and "No Smoking in Work-study Environment" were significantly improved after tobacco control interventions.The smoking rate decreased from 12.5% before intervention to 6.1%.More than 80% of smokers have the desire to quit smoking.Conclusions:1.Smoking rate of vocational school students is relatively high,the theoretical knowledge of the harmful effects of smoking is lack,the attitude of participating in tobacco control is not active.2.After health education interventions on taking full advantage of the new media combined with traditional methods,vocational school students' mastery of tobacco control health theory has changed significantly.Their attitudes to tobacco control have become more and more active,and the smoking rate has been greatly reduced to compare with that before the intervention.
