In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, medicine talented person’s demand is increasing year by year, medical market, the urgent need for a large number of intermediate applied talents, which requires the medical professional in vocational education to cultivate a large number of trained, the higher vocational graduates. Now, however, most of the students who is an examination of high vocational school failure, and their learning initiative and enthusiasm is poorer, not develop good habits and behavior habits, weak legal system, discipline concept, late, leave early, and even cut school often bad behavior, such as the lack of sense of responsibility, modesty, self-esteem, inferiority, self-righteous and negative personality, and the influence of family, society, cause they are in the process of working is easy to appear all sorts of ethical problems, which not only affects the students’ growth and development, but also affects the reputation of the pharmaceutical industry.Based on the above situation, high vocational school attaches great importance to student’s moral education and professional ethics education, however, in the process of practical education, as a result of current moral education and professional ethics courses teaching content is given priority to with the principle of the universality of all walks of life, without specifically for the case, standards, and the content of the medicine marketing industry; On the teaching methods are mainly composed of teachers theory teaching, thought spread with unidirectional, students just passively to accept, the students’ interest in learning is not very good, students do not attach importance to this kind of learning, so for the students’ professional ethics education did not obtain due effect.In order to change present situation, improve the efficiency of the high vocational school of professional ethics education, to improve students’ learning motivation and effectiveness of such courses, I think must be among research on professional ethics of life experience, with the actual work experience of life reflected in among the professional moral accomplishment and practical gap of the jobs, raising the students’ professional ethics consciousness, at the same time, these accumulate the content of the professional ethics of life experience and lessons for the future teaching resources provides a vivid case, students also have played an important role in warning for the future, so as to improve the efficiency of the vocational school students professional ethics education and raise students’ professional ethics accomplishment, to better meet the needs of industries, to meet society’s need for medical personnel quality. In this study to xuanwu two jobs pharmaceutical professional grade09interns as the research object, on the basis of collecting interns in the work of real cases, studied medicine among the professional ethics of the status quo, medicine among the professional ethical problems arising from the life experiences, and studied the problems in the analysis of pharmaceutical vocational school should be how to improve and strengthen professional ethics education meaningful Suggestions are put forward.The following two main conclusions of this study:first, the vocational school teaching content and teaching methods of occupational moral education must reform, to fully tap of the traditional culture of Chinese medicine about the content of the professional ethics, perfecting the teaching contents; Rich case closely with the pharmaceutical industry, enriching the content of teaching material; Actively reform the style of professional ethics teaching material structure, improve the students’ interest in learning; Adjust the teaching scale, advocate the moral practice; Take the student as the main body, changing teaching methods. Second, teachers’ professional quality needs to improve.
