| Objective: This subject is to observe Yiqiwenyang therapy in pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency type clinical curative effect in patients with allergic rhinitis and explore the treatment mechanism,shetizhiqu granules for treatment,observe and record before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and quality of life score,to detect the expression before and after the treatment of nasal mucosa of patients with NF-kappa Bp50 to evaluate the therapeutic effect,Yiqi Wenyang medicine on patients with lung Yang deficiency allergic rhinitis,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Method: Patients from the Department of ENT of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.61 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(31)and placebo group(30).8 healthy subjects were blank control group.Giving the treatment group relieving snot and controlling sneeze decoction while giving the placebo group placebo.To observe the scores of symptoms and signs and quality of life of patients before and after treatment.Western Blot was used to detect the expression of NF-?Bp50 in the inferior turbinate mucosa of the two group.Results: 4 weeks later,the total effective rate of the treatment group(86.7%)was significantly higher than that of the placebo group(16%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of symptoms and signs(P <0.05),RQLQ were significantly improved(P < 0.05),The expression of NF-?Bp50 in nasal mucosa was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Wenyang medicine has obvious curative effect on improving nasal symptoms and signs.Yiqi Wenyang drugs can alleviate the symptoms of patients with Yang deficiency,while improving the quality of life of patients.Supplementing qi and warming yang can decrease the expression of NF-?Bp50 in nasal mucosa. |
