Clinical Observation On Treating Allergic Rhinitis With Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Ginger Moxibust Ion

ObjectiveThe method of sample randomized controlled trial was used in the research to compare the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with shenque ginger moxibustion with the abdominal acupuncture on allergic rhinitis.In order to provide clinical evidence of treating allergic rhinitis by abdominalacupuncture combined with shenque ginger moxibustion.Methods64 allergic rhinitis patients were included based on strict inclusion and exclusion who were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group:abdominal acupuncture combined with Shenque ginger moxibustion group,the control group:abdominal acupuncture group,each group had 32 cases.Exclude differences in general information including sings and symptoms,TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ.The observation group was treated three times a week for four weeks.The frequency of treatment in the control group was the same as in the observation group.Treatment results1.Comparison of the general data of patients before treatment,including gender,age,duration,symptoms,signs,TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.The score of symptoms,signs,TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ of the two groups were both decreased compared with which before treatment(P<0.05).But the abdominal acupuncture combined with Shenque ginger moxibustion group is superior to the abdominal acupuncture group in relieving symptoms,reducing the score of TNSS,TNNSS,the score of daily life,sleep,behavior problem,eye symptoms,non-nasal symptoms,nasal symptoms score of RQLQ.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in reducing the scores of signs and emotional responses of RQLQ table.3.There are 30 cases in the observation group,18 cases had marked effect,show the efficiency of 60%,10 cases were effective,two had no effect,the total effective green was 93.33%;Control group of 31 cases,10 cases were markedly effective,efficiency was 32.26%,effective in 16 cases,invalid in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 83.87%.The overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBoth groups can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of patients with allergic rhinitis and improve life quality.According to the statistics,observation group is better than control group in curative effect and improving the patients' life quality.
