PPP Projects In The Field Of Integrated Medical Care Provide Innovative Research On Elderly Care Services

The combination of medical care and elderly care services to meet the growing demand for elderly care services for the elderly is a long-term solution to the aging population.Since the State Council released the “Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of the Elderly Care Service Industry” for the first time to promote the development of medical care and support,the central government has repeatedly referred to “healthy aging” and encouraged social capital to participate in the medical service program in the form of PPP.,To achieve a multi-level and diversified old-age care services.The introduction of PPP projects in the field of medical care and integration to provide pension services is in line with the requirements of the development of aging,health care and pension insurance reform.It can be used as a new path for the development of social security systems,breaking the traditional pension service model,and establishing a cooperative system of market-based pension services.The system to realize multi-level and sustainable development of the care for the aged has important practical significance for improving the quality of care for the aged.This paper studies the difference and innovation in the field of medical care and support that has been approved by the government-approved relevant procedures for the provision of pension services compared to traditional institutional pension services.The main research content is reflected in the following aspects.First of all,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the provision of pension service innovation in the context of population aging and the provision of pension care services for medical PPP projects.It also provides the development direction and goals of nursing care services for the nursing PPP project,participants involved in the retirement service process,and their responsibilities.The main contents and traits of the division of labor and innovation are theoretical explorations.Secondly,combining the basic status of the pilot operation of the current PPP projects across the country,the factors that influence the innovative nursing PPP project to provide old-age care services are analyzed.Finally,it proposes innovation of the medical care PPP project to provide the general idea of old-age care services,and gives innovations in areas such as optimizing the characteristics of medical services,implementing differentiated old-age care services,encouraging incentives to promote the diversification of participants,and exploring the establishment of an evaluation index system for the quality of care services.Pension service measures are recommended.
