Research On The Development Path Of The Pension Model Of “combination Of Medical Care And Pension” In Jinchang City Of Gansu Province Under The Background Of Internet

With the increasing problem of population aging,pension has become an important factor affecting China's economic development.Faced with the urgent needs of the elderly for medical care services,we realize that at this stage,relying solely on pension institutions or medical institutions has been unable to meet the needs of the elderly.Old-age institutions only provide basic old-age services for the elderly,including health care,spiritual care,cultural and entertainment.Old people can only choose to go to hospitals for treatment after their illness.At this stage,the lack of beds in medical institutions is serious,and it is difficult to meet the needs of emergency medical services for the elderly,resulting in the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical services.The emergence of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" pension model provides a solution for it.However,at present,the "combination of medical care and maintenance" pension model is still in its infancy,and there are still many problems in its operation.(1)With the continuous development of economy and society,the demand for old-age services of the elderly shows a trend of diversification and high quality standardization,which mainly concentrates on three levels: daily care,medical service and spiritual and cultural needs.Based on literature reading,questionnaires and field interviews,starting from the mode of providing medical care for the elderly under the background of the Internet,this paper studies the service demand of the elderly under the mode of combining medical care with nursing care in Jinchang City,Gansu Province,and analyses the restrictions on the mode of combining medical care with nursing care.The main factors of the development of the model provide useful references for policy making and practice exploration of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" pension model,thus promoting the healthy and rapid development of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" pension model.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)With the continuous development of economy and society,the demand for old-age services of the elderly shows a trend of diversification and high quality standardization,which mainly concentrates on three levels: daily care,medical service and spiritual and cultural needs.(2)Although Jinchang City of Gansu Province has made some achievements in the development of the "combination of medical care and nursing" pension model since the pilot project,the "combination of medical care and nursing" pension model in Jinchang City is still in its infancy.The problems such as the lack of supporting policies,the lack ofdoctors and nursing personnel,the "combination of medical care" especially the insufficient promotion of the wisdom of medical care have become the "medical care" problems affecting Jinchang City.The main factors of the development of the old-age pension model of "combination of support and support".(3)Among the 15 selected indicators,family income level,education level and government support are the underlying reasons that affect the choice of the old-age pension model of "combination of medical care and maintenance".The weight of 15 indicators is ranked by analytic hierarchy process.It is found that the four factors with higher weight among all the influencing factors are family income,government support,social awareness and family in turn.Court awareness.(4)In view of the problems existing in the development of the old-age pension model of "combination of medical care and maintenance" in Jinchang City,Gansu Province,the government should play a leading role in realizing the coordinated development of policies,encouraging social forces to participate in the old-age service industry,increasing government financial input,strengthening the institutional supervision of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" institutions,strengthening the construction of the ranks of general practitioners in geriatrics specialty,intensifying personnel training and strengthening institutions.Operational management ability,the use of Internet technology,to achieve wise old-age care,speed up the popularization of rural old-age care services,increase the wisdom of old-age policy publicity and guidance,promote the healthy development of the local "combination of health care" old-age care model,to meet the multi-level,diversified,high-standard "combination of health care" service needs of the elderly.
