A Comparative Study Of Wang Qingren's And Zhang Shanlei's Academic Thoughts On Stroke

Objectives:This study is based on the "Corrections on the Errors of Medical Works"," Zhongfeng Zhenquan" and the modern literature,makes a comparative study on the academic thought and clinical experience of WANG Qing-ren,ZHANG Shan-lei in the treatment of stroke,discusses two physicians in stroke in clinical medicine,similarities and differences of syndrome diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM,to enrich and develop a stroke of academic thinking,and to improve TCM clinical treatment of stroke.Method:Using literature search method and monographs method,we collected the related documents and data systematically,compared and analyzed the characteristics of two people in the treatment of stroke etiology and pathogenesis and prescriptions.Conclusion:1.WANG Qingren thought that the pathogenesis of apoplexy is "deficiency of vital energy ".Stroke is often treated by supplementing qi and activating blood circulation.In the compatibility of medicines:reusing Astragalus to supplement Qi,the groups are more compatible with blood activating medicines,and blood activating medicines with peach kernel,safflower,angelica and Paeonia.2.Zhang Shan-lei believes that the pathogenesis of stroke is "the blood impact up to the brain";the treatment of stroke by Qianyang Zhenni method.
