Research Of Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet On Treating Premature Beat

Objective: To study the clinical and experimental effects of Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet to treat premature beat.Methods: 190 cases of premature beat, with qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm-fire disturbing mind syndrome, were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group, 110 cases, were administrated orally Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet for 4 weeks, while the control group, 80 cases, were administrated orally Xin Lv Ning Tablet for 4 weeks. Observe the routine examination, clinical symptoms of TCM and Holter before and after the treatment. In experimental research, aconitine and barium chloride and Pituitrin were used to induce arrhythmia, and observe the effects of Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet on latency time and duration of arrhythmia, thus to confirm the protective effects on rats' arrhythmia. Use aconitine to induce arrhythmia, test ET,NO,NOS,SOD of rats' plasma, and observe the protective effects on cardiac myocytes.Results: Comparing the general curative effects, the marked rate of the treatment group is 42.73%, the total effective rate is 83.64%, which excels the control group distinctly (P<0.01). On alleviating the premature beat, the marked rate of treatment group is 42.73%, and the total effective rate is 84.55%, there is significantly difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01). About the score of clinical symptoms of TCM, the marked rate of treatment group is 46.36%, and the total effective rate is 87.27%, there is remarkable difference compared with the control group (P<0.05) . Premature beats of the treatment group reduced significantly in Holter, from 334.51±321.12 times/24hours to 208.12±271.35 times/24hours (P<0.01) . Experimental researches confirm that Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet has distinct protective effect on arrhythmia caused by aconitine and barium chloride, and on arrhythmia caused by acute myocardial ischemia due to Pituitrin. Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet can reduce the content of ET-1 in rats' plasma, increase the content of NO, improve the activeness of SOD, and protect cardiac myocytes.Conclusion: Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet can improve the clinical symptoms distinctly of premature beat patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm-fire disturbing mind syndrome, and has the marked effect on treating premature beat. It can reinforce qi and activate blood, clear heat and transform phlegm, calm heart and clear away detoxication. Experimental researches confirm that Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet has obvious protective effect on arrhythmia caused by aconitine and barium chloride and Pituitrin, and on cardiac myocytes. Compound Qing Shan Jian Xin Tablet is the secure and effective drug of treating premature and protecting cardic myocytes.
