Clinical Obseervation On The Treatment Of Type Subacute Thyroiditis Yin Xu Huo Wang Syndrome With Zi Yin Qing Re Yin

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ZI YIN QING RE YIN in the treatment of Type type of Yin Xu Huo Wang in patients with subacute thyroiditis. Better reduce the clinical symptoms, explore the mechanism of prevention of this disease.Methods:Select Western diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis, TCM as Yin Huo-type62cases of patients. Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31cases in each group. Treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, western medicine control group use. Continuous treatment for6weeks, both groups were evaluated changes in clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed in thyroid ultrasound and thyroid hormone-related indicators before and after treatment, and changes in erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and safety indicators.Results:1. Two groups of patients after treatment before thyroid hormone index, ESR and other indicators improved significantly compared with treatment (P <0.01); decreased (P <0.01) compared with pre-treatment symptom score significantly, and there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group.2. Two groups of patients after treatment, and clinical efficacy of goiter extent than before treatment improved significantly (P<0.05), and the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group3. Two groups of patients after treatment, comparing the total efficiency of the treatment group was96.67%, the control group was73.33%, there was a significant difference (P<0.01), the overall efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. Conclusions:1. ZI YIN QING RE YIN can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients the Yin Xu Huo Wang subacute thyroiditis, reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the patient’s quality of life.2. ZI YIN QING RE YIN can improve thyroid function can reduce the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, thyroid function to promote recovery.3. ZI YIN QING RE YIN security,effective,and no significant side effects.
